What shampoo and conditioner do you use? Nothing seems to be getting my hair clean. Same with my daughter, I’m looking for something that will get her hair clean and fresh.

I use a cheap shampoo so Alberto balsam then expensive conditioner tends be loreal I think
It might not be the shampoo. Are you shampooing 2 times. If not, start doing that first before you change them.

Sometimes it’s not the shampoo. There’s probably a build up on your hair and hers.
Use blue dawn dish soap mixed with baking soda so it’s like a paste and put that on your dry hair in the shower. Then rinse it out. Then shampoo & condition normally. Do this maybe once a week if need be. Try not to wash your hair too much in between. You need dirty hair days.
*i use Kevin Murphy hair products. They have all different kinds for different hair types

I have to use products from a salon. I’ve tried about everything out there and just doesn’t work for me. I watch for sales & clearance at a few salons in my area, also online/store at ulta,jcpenney for sales. It seems pricey but with good products you only need to use a little bit and a bottle last quite a while. I use head & shoulders/selsun blue every few washes. If you use lots of hairspray that can contribute to your hair feeling dirty and not coming clean or certain styling products
Try a clarifying shampoo once or twice -neutrogena makes one
