They always tell me mine are in the high 6’s low 7’s when I’m due or over due. Each one has been over 8 and the last was over 9. I don’t know how accurate they can really get.
My premmie was born at 34 weeks at 5lbs 11 oz, my other daughter born 37 weeks at 5lbs 14 oz , my other 37 weeks 7lbs 8 oz so all babies are different
There is no “norm.” Each baby, just like each adult, is built and designed differently.
About 1.49 KG or 3.3 pounds on average but it really depends on the pregnancy.
Any unborn baby weight checks are all somewhat guesses. I was told with one of my i needed to be induced 2 months early because he was 13lbs but I said no. At 40 weeks he was born at 8lbs. And my daughter they said weighed super tiny like barely 4lbs and she was over 7lbs. Don’t stress over it, just eat healthy and watch your activities and things should be okay. If they are concerned they will do extra sonograms to track everything better.
i’d probably say around 4-5lb…
at 36weeks my 2nd was close to 7lb however my 1st was born 6lb so probably would’ve been around 3-4lb at 31 weeks.
I’m 31 weeks and they are guessing my son to be 3.7 lbs.
They’re just “guesstimations”. My son was estimated to be almost 6 lbs and came out at 4.9 lbs, at 37 weeks.
3 kids… I’m sorry idk kgs.
1st was estimated at 37 weeks at 7lbs, was born on edd weighing 6lbs 2oz.
2nd was estimated at 7.5lbs at 38w, was born on edd weighing 6lbs 4oz.
3rd was estimated as 7.5lbs at 37w, born 2 weeks early (one week after growth scan) at 6lbs 7oz.
I dont think theres a “right weight” to reach for, nor do I put any faith in weight scans just keep eating healthy-ish and taking your vitamins. Baby will weigh what he/she will weigh.
My preemie at 32 weeks was 3#13oz
At 32 weeks my daughter was estimated between 4-5lbs. Which was on the higher end. So around 2kg
My daughter was measuring 4-5lbs, I had her at 33 weeks due to preeclampsia and hellp syndrome, she was 3lbs 11oz
It depends. My 37 week baby was 7lbs 9.5oz
I measured very small on my baby girl at this stage saying she be a small baba 5lbs never listened or be concerned when born she weighed a healthy 9Lbs with a small bump I don’t show much with girls don’t stress
it all depends on mom, baby, any health conditions. all babies/pregnant women are different. I’d say 1-3lbs as a guesstimate but even the ultrasounds and measuring baby can be off. even full term babies you have some that weigh 5-6lbs and then you have 10-13lb babies…
I feel like this is a question for Google
I had an ultrasound today, I’m 37 weeks. They said she’s weighing 6lbs 12oz
Between 3 and 5ish pounds.
My son was 4.4
A friend had an emergency C section today and her baby at 31 weeks weighed 5lbs, 8 ounce
I’ll be 31 weeks tomorrow!!!
My son was born at 33 weeks and he was 1 ounce off of 7 lbs. So many factors come into play for each women and pregnancy. If a women has gestational diabetes then babies are generally bigger in weight.
Every baby is different
My son weighed 3 pounds 12 oz at 31 weeks he was born at 31 weeks 6 days
My daughter was 2 pounds oz at 29 weeks 5 days
If your baby is healthy and growing normally don’t worry.
Mine was born at 34 weeks 5 days and was 5lb 3oz
31 week baby shouldnt be pregnant
Whatever your Dr tells you . Every baby is different
Around 1.5 kg average
My son was born at 31 weeks and was 1.49 kg. …3.3 lbs 16" long
Im 37.6 wks and my babyis already weighting 8lbs 8oz
There is no set answer for this.
Any ultrasound guesses are just that…guesses. They told me my child was underweight and called me back in multiple times and she was born 6 lb 10 oz, which is way more than they estimated. Every child weighs different. I’ve seen children near normal due date weigh anywhere from 4 lbs to 13 lbs (no joke). Don’t worry about weight while pregnant
Pregnancy Support and Laughs
I am unsure, BUT if the baby were having failure to thrive they would be telling you and very concerned.
I was very underweight and my son was still born 6 lbs 12oz
According to the baby app I have, I too am 31 weeks along, this is how big your baby should be…
My son measured around 2.4kg or 5lbs 2oz at 32 weeks estimated through ultrasound and was born at 7lbs 9oz or around 3.4kg at birth which was at 38 weeks!
My son born at 32 weeks was 2 pounds 12 ounces but he was also IUGR (intrauterine growth restricted). My doctor said he should have been at least 3 and a half pounds.
My daughter was born at 31 weeks and she was 4lbs 7 Oz. Another mom had hers at 31 weeks on the same day and hers was 4lbs 12 oz.
If you have an ultrasound anytime soon, you can ask the tech for the estimated weight of the fetus.
My son was born at 31 weeks and weighed exactly 4 lbs
A pregnant baby???
Granddaughter burned at 30 wks 2 wks ago weigh 3.7
They can only guess what your weights

You should try to gain weight within the range your midwife has recommended based on your bmi.
Pregnancy weight gain should be around 13kg unless the woman in question was already underweight before becoming pregnant.
My brother was 192 ounces (12 lbs)
It’s really just guesses. I was told with all mine they were going to be close to 7lbs. My first I had a 37 weeks he was 5lbs 10 1/2 oz second I had at 36 weeks 5lbs5oz third I had at 39 weeks and was 5lbs 13 1/2 oz. I have never had a baby even close to 7 lbs All y babies were healthy and small:two_hearts:
I just had my growth ultrasound at 32 weeks, baby at 5lbs 4oz. The doctor told me that was a week ahead for size
My water broke at 28 weeks. I delivered at 31 weeks (very little growth due to little fluids for 3 weeks) he was 3lbs 8oz adjusted by 6 months and is now about to start kindergarten
Im 30 weeks and our little Thumbalina is only 2lb 11oz
At my 29 week visit, my son was estimated at 2 lbs 15 oz which they said was a little big. I think at 29, the average is 2 and a half lbs
My daughter was born at 30 weeks and was 2 lbs 6 oz.
Im 31 weeks ultrasound last week said he was 3.7lbs
Is she enquiring about the babys weight or her own weight ?
If your baby is 31 weeks pregnant then there are a lot more important questions to be asked.
