Shoes and loveys seem to end up in my bag so buy a larger one than you think you’ll need :joy:

Here’s about what I packed when my son was a newborn:
2 Spare seasonally appropriate outfits(size up if you can in case you forget to switch it out to a bigger size later,) diapers, wipes, socks, nose Frida, doggy poop bags to put soiled clothes/diapers in, pacifiers, diaper cream, nursing cover, a spare shirt for myself, a pair of gloves, a little changing mat, SANITIZER WIPES, germ-x, a light blanket, gripe water, gas drops, and Tylenol when he was old enough. I can honestly say I used everything at least once. Good luck! Edit:I also kept a set of nursing pads but I personally didn’t need them, good to have in case you need them if you choose to breastfeed! I now keep sunscreen, bug spray, a bowl, spoon, toys, and supply cup

I have a 3 month old for him I have
Diapers
a brand new pack of wipes
An extra pacifier
An extra outfit for him with socks and an extra shirt for me (he’s starting to spit up now)
2 receiving blankets
A heavier blanket
Diaper rash cream
Muslin wrap I use as a nursing cover
Teething toys now
Baby sunglasses
Sunscreen
A plastic bag for those diapers or if I need to change his dirty clothes

Diapers, wipes, powder, extra pair of shorts or shirt, toys, sippy cup, and my phone.

Puppy pads!!! So nice to be able to just throw them away when you use them on a changing table. Also dog poop bags for stinky diapers. Soooo much cheaper then the ones for babies.

I also always have a change of clothes for me Incase she spits up on me. Either a light dress or shirt

Diaper rash cream, I always make sure I have a pack of wipes that isnt low, and at least 10 diapers for first few months then at least 6 now at almost 2 years, 2 extra outfits for young ones in case of blowouts or spitting up, now I keep one extra outfit at almost 2 years, toys, hand sanitizer, depending on age stuff for teething, fever reducer medication (again if teething or sick), bottles (if bottle fed), formula (if formula fed)also bottle of water, If breastfed i kept a separate bag with pump and accessories to go, pacifiers, sunscreen during summer, a hat according to weather (summer hat or winter hat) jacket, and I always carried an extra blanket but also made sure to put a light one over baby in the carseat too, I also keep small blanket in the car for unexpected trips or strandedness.

Diapers, wipes, extra binky, extra pair of clothes for baby, bottles, formula, diaper changing pad, a&d ointment and depending how long we are gonna be snack and drink for eldest.

As a mama of 9 I must say. Put $5 or $10 in a pocket for that day you forget your wallet!!

First time mom lol. Just to be on the safe side take some of everything of the babies. My first child a took 2 diaper bags the second child 1 was enough by the third child I stuck a couple diapers wipes and a pre made bottle stuck in my purse.
