What solids should you introduce baby to?

I need some purée ideas for my little one. He’s almost five months and so far he’s had apples, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, green beans, carrots, and sweet potatoes . I want to introduce peas and butternut squash next. What else can I introduce?

I’d slow your roll. Food isn’t even recommended to be introduced until 6+ months, research open gut. Research determined that children who get solid food too early might be at a greater risk for developing chronic diseases, such such as diabetes, obesity, eczema and celiac disease.
Baby is supposed to be sitting unassisted, have great control over their head/neck movements and showing signs of interest in food. You also aren’t supposed to introduce but one new food at a time Incase babe has an allergic reaction to a certain food. I wouldn’t do more than two new foods a week with them being tried days apart.

I Get Paid 0ver $ 107 per hour w0rking from h0me. I never thought l’d be able to do it but my colleague makes over $ 13889 a m0nth doing this and she convinced me to try. The p0ssibility with this is limitles

At 5 months it ok to feed your baby baby food. Make sure it puréed good. I would also add rice or oatmeal cereal puréed with fruit in it.
