What tampons do you use for swimming?

Hey ladies what tampons do y’all use to go swimming in? We are going to the beach at the end of the month and I get my period around that time? So I’m seeing what do you ladies recommend that’s good for water?

For the beach i would just get a cup or period under wear under cute shorts or whatever

I recently just switched everyday use- to Playtex Sport. Omgosh they fit so much better and they also have different sizing

Any will do depending on your flow. Wouldn’t recommend swimming if your flow is heavy though.

I just use my regular brand of tampons… I’ve never switched for swimming or anything

I always use playtex sport. They’re the most comfortable tampon out there.
