What to do for a dogs dry skin?

Anyones dog have constant dry skin? Is there anything you can do to help them out? Is there a lotion for dogs?

Bacon grease in their food. Bathing with a moisturizing bath

My dog has same issues he’s on Apoquel and regular flea med horrible I feel so bad for him and Apoquel isn’t cheap
