What to do for achy legs?

Anyone ever have legs that ache non stop from the knee down? Usually happens every night. I’m not preg. But I do have mthfr don’t know if that has something to do with it? I also tested positive for a positive aa said it was autoimmune but couldn’t find anything so idk if that has something to do with it either

With MTHFR you body does process some vitamins and minerals differently than other peoples, so it could be a deficiency of some kind. But also I would talk to your doctor about having a scan done of your veins and arteries in your legs. I have to have them done every so often (I also have MTHFR) our bodies are much more likely to make blood clots and our blood to be too thick.

If you are low in magnesium you will have restless legs and aching muscles one of the easy ways to rectify this is over-the-counter supplements. I would consult your primary care provider for some advice before you take anything.
