I had my doctor prescribe a belly band. Helped tons!
Sleep with a pillow between your legs. My hips hurt sooooo bad, I put the pillow all the way up between my thighs to separate my hips while I was sleeping.
I had to sleep with a pillow between my legs for the last few months.
Get a body pillow and sleep with it between your legs and tucked under the side of your belly also try rolling on an exercise ball
Go to a chiropractor that knows how to do the wester technique!
Use the belly band and when you sit or lay down make sure you have lots of pillows around the area
Stretch them out. And wear supportive shoes.
Frequent turning and a pillow between the knees.
I’m in the same boat, but I’ve tried the belly band, doesn’t really help much, at night I sleep just fine. Mainly my issue is in the day can’t never get comfortable
Im 36 weeks and I was always in pain, so I went to the chiropractor and I feel soooo much better
Try a girdle during the day, and putting a pillow between your legs for support at night or when resting. Avoid sitting for long periods of time.
Caution. I have a almost 4 year old and almost 3 year old and a 1 year old. All three including my 9 year old was perfect pregnancy. My 4th pregnancy I had alot of hip back and pelvic pain. I used the pillow between the leg thing and would tense and relax to help ease the pain. I legit basically tore the ligament the fuses your pelvic bones together . He seriously broke my chupacabra… yes I call my cooter a chupacabra lol. But that’s besides the point. The force from barley squeezing the pillow cause sever damage. Medical yern is SPD and it’s some painful crap. Hate to he weird but you could literally hear my bones grinding and popping down there. Bed rest made it worse but so did anything else. I definitely suggest a belly band preferably with straps to help hold baby out of your pelvic region probably have a sore back later though. Your almost there!!!
37 weeks, I sleep with a pillow under my belly and between my thighs, I switch sides I sleep on throughout the night. Helps alot.
Get a pillow and sleep with it between your legs. It is a real life saver!
A good prenatal massage
Yoga ball helped me and sleeping with a body pillow tucked between my knees and under my belly.
