Suggestions for what to put on a registry for a baby boy?

Depends on what you need. Are you breast or bottle feeding? If breastfeeding, I’d put down nipple cream, breast pads, bottles, milk bags, etc.
If formula feeding, I’d put down bottles, nipples, bottle brush, maybe formula.
For other items: diaper bag, crib/pack’n’play, diapers (newborn and size 1’s), wipes, clothes, pacifier (if you plan on using them), a swing, maybe a stroller. It depends on when you’re due (weather wise), a baby carrier.
If you choose to breastfeed, your insurance company may provide you with a pump (if you choose to pump).
Diapers, wipes, bottles, wipe warmer, pacifiers.
Clothes (all sizes and kinds), diapers (every size and variety of different brands), bottle sterilizer, pacifiers, wipes, bottles, breast pump (If you’re planning on breast feeding or pumping), baby monitor, etc. You can even put down baby furniture if you don’t have it already (bouncer, swing, pack and play, car seat, stroller, etc.).
Diapers, socks, wipes, clothes, a high-quality car seat and stroller
Rock and play size one diapers and size 2 diapers
Keep it simple.
The majority of the stuff out there ya don’t really need.

Diapers, wipes, bibs, clothes of all sizes were the things I wish I had put more of on my registry
Sound/ white noise machine is a newborn must have!
