What vitamin can I give my child?

Hello, I have a very picky 4 year old. I already give him vitamins and but he has only a select few things he eats. One thing he does not eat is any meat. Is their a vitamin or supplement I can give him to give him the nutrients of meat?

There are protein diet shakes for diabetics and people who exercise. I would look at glucerna or core power elites (not the regular version but Elite version). They have the protein content needed to properly supplement protein from a full meal.

Tofu, beans, hemp hearts - all great natural proteins😊

My daughter isn’t a huge meat eater and we’ll give her protein shakes sometimes. We do the premier protein ones, they come on a ton of different flavors. Good luck!

You should take him for a checkup and I’m sure the doctor could give you some recommendations
Especially on types that he should be taking if he does t eat meat.

I use Flintstone gummies… I tried everything and these I can get my picky one to take…

Lil critters
My picky kiddos both love the flavor. They even ask for more lol.

My sons have the kids gummy multivitamins

When my littles refused meat I fed them lots of eggs and beans.

My son doesn’t eat meat either and I supplement with carnation instant breakfast powder chocolate flavor. He drinks 2 a day. It’s in the cereal aisle in a yellow box.

Following because my kids don’t either. They are very VERY picky. On top of that, my daughter is lactose intolerant. Has anyone ever seen or heard of dairy free protein shakes or anything I can give her?

I also add this to whatever I can hide it in. I don’t use the full serving size though. I add it into my baking, pasta sauces, soups and he doesn’t have a clue

Ensure, instant breakfast in vanilla, strawberry or chocolate flavors.

Tofu—you can fry it, crumble it, purée it to taste like cream soup, pudding (lemon works better than chocolate), throw some in lasagna, salads, or just soak cubes in some liquid he likes & it will absorb the flavor.

Many kids like chickpeas (garbanzo beans) even if they don’t like other beans.

Quinoa is the only grain that is a complete protein. Plus it only takes a minute to cook and is pretty tasty. Use like rice or hot breakfast cereal.

Nuts are good sources of protein and there are many kinds.

Keep introducing foods—they say it takes 7-9 times for kids to accept some new foods.

Pedisure is what my Dr told me to give my son. He is on a med that makes his appetite pretty much zero so that is what we give him

Peanut butter, beans, eggs, cheese, yogurt… U don’t need a vitamin to get more protein. Talk to your doctor about adding PediaSure if you’re still concerned.
