Could you please post a post asking about extremely weird pregnancy cravings? I’m 35 weeks pregnant and have craved Dettol Pino Cleen and Tegel Shampoo. I could smell them all day. I have not drunk them due to the risk, obviously. But 100% would if I could. I couldn’t stand the smell of Tgel shampoo prior to pregnancy. I’ve been diagnosed with Pica, and I am anemic and have mineral deficiencies, and the Drs believe this is why I’m craving such random things.
To me honest, alot of the time, when anyone pregnant or not is craving a nonfood item, they are likely lacking nutrients and your body could be trying to tell you something. Seeing that you’re doctor told you this already that he’s probably right. Did you know, even when you crave certain actual foods, your body does the same thing? Trying to tell you what your body is lacking when the cravings are intense and prolonged. Your blood is the same as the fluids in your car. Take care of it or it will cause more significant issues.
