Hey mama’s! So I need your tips, tricks and proven methods for cradle cap! My oldest (9 years) get it’s terribly bad even with me monitoring it!!

My ped told me dandruff shampoo, or even ketoconazole shampoo, works best.
Breast milk, if available
No dairy and sulfur 8 spray in the yellow bottle.
Baby oil massaged in the after a while wash it out

My 8 year old was like this too, I brought it up with her doctor and they wrote a script for a special shampoo to use 2 times per week and let sit for 5 minutes each time. Just 2 uses cleared it up. Just have to use it every once in a while now. It’s an overproduction of something I forgot what. But the prescription worked fast!

We use to rub baby oil on and waite to soften and softly comb it off

Mustela Cradle Cap Shampoo, rub it in really good and let it sit for a couple minutes then use the Frida baby dermafrida cradle cap combing set
