What works to get rid of belly fat?

Mamas what is something that works to get rid of belly fat? I walk an average of 4 miles a day at work and then go to the gym and walk another 2 miles 3-5 times a week. The only place I really need to lose at is my stomach area. I’ve cut all cokes out and just drink my one cup of coffee in the morning and then drink water the rest of the day! Someone help please.

Stomach crunches will help

Walking is good exercise, but in order to lose belly fat, crunches and high intensity interval training will give you better outcome.
Women who’ve given birth sometimes have more visceral fat, but exercise aimed at strengthening the abdominal muscles will help to shed it.

I find Yoga/Pilates on the days I don’t do Gym stuff or incorporate it into your gym routine helps. It tightens the core muscles so everything tightens up and looks slimmer.
