Will anyone know what to do in this situation? My brother caught his wife cheating ( messaging his old boss) and he wants her gone but she’s now gone to the extent of getting him evicted from where he’s staying and now won’t let him see his daughter. The daycare won’t allow him to see her either but he has no protective case against him or anything. Can the daycare do that? Even though he always picked her up.
