When did you stop using sleeping sacks? And what did you let baby wear after quitting? Like a normal long sleeve pajama onesie when it’s cold?

Roughly 1 year. We switched to a knitted blanket that had little holes throughout so it was breathable but still warm. Once she turned 2 we introduced a normal blanket and a pillow.
17 months swapped for duvet (toddler) in a toddler bed . Best and long sleeve pjs
My kids used blankets since birth , all adults and still here
