It’s been 4 weeks and 2 days since I had to have a D&C after having a miscarriage. She passed at 9 weeks and I found out at 11w&5d. When did everyone’s periods return? I’d like to just get back into a normal rhythm again to prepare us to try again.

I’m sorry for your loss. I’ve had 7 miscarriages all together and it takes a while before your body adjusts to regular periods again. Took me around 8-10 weeks. Also I wouldn’t try again for a few months. Your body needs time to heal.
I had a d&c in January, I was 18 weeks and the doctor said he stopped growing at 11 weeks… 5 weeks after the d&c I had my period… They say to wait and have at least 2-4 periods before you start trying to get pregnant again.
