My son started sleeping through the night at 4 months old and still doesn’t wake up… it really helps if you really stick to a sleeping schedule and don’t let them sleep all day… make Shute you’re showing them the different between night and day. But every baby is different! His cousins who is one week younger than him still wakes up once or twice a night

How longs a piece of string ? They are all different my first screamed for the first 9 months n didn’t sleep right through until he was 16 months old n at 18 months along came its second son . He didn’t sleep right through he was 16 months old n same with baby number 3 . N all 3 refused to nap in the day time after 3 months old unless we went in the car … and yes I went into auto pilot for 3 years :woman_facepalming::joy:

My son started sleeping through the night around 10-12 weeks old and has been that way since. Give it time  all babies are different.
I suggest napping when baby naps - CHORES CAN WAIT. Seriously nap when baby naps. I wish I listened to that when people told me

My daughter 3 months,my 7yr old not till he was 4yrs old, and my 2yr old still doesnt sleep all night.

My so only slept really good when he was in my arms for about 6 months.
I lived in a lazy boy hahaha  eventually I moved into a spare bed on the floor of his room or too him to our bed but it was harder that way with hiM moving so much his room was the best option for me to get some rest.
He finally really started to sleep alone in his own bed around 1.5/2 years pretty consistently throughout the night.

Every baby is different. My son has been sleeping through the night since he was around 3 months old, with the exception of a sick days or bad dreams.

Depends on the baby really. I know people whose babies woke every few hrs at night for at least the first year and still a few times after that.
I’ve been lucky both my boys have slept through the night since 8 weeks with the bad night every now and then.

Mama, you need someone to give you a break and so you can get some sleep.
Don’t be afraid to ask for help xx

When they are teenagers  then they stay up late & sleep all day if you let them lol.
But after 5 kids, there’s no real answer… as a mum we worry from sun up till sun up, so sleep is never the same whether the child sleeps well or not…
Enjoy the cuddles they don’t last forever :blue_heart:

Mines 16 months old and is just starting to sleep thru the night my first was just a couple of weeks old and was sleeping all night good luck momma every baby is different

Mine didn’t sleep full nights until he was 1 :woman_shrugging:

My son slept great until he was around 4 months old. Then the teeth starting coming in and it’s been hit or miss since

Mine started sleeping through the night at 3-4 months. He’s almost 10yo now and has always been a great “sleeper” lol. Every kid is different.

8 weeks for us, but every baby is different. He’s going through a leap now (4 months( and waking up once a night to eat. Prior he slept 12-13 hours so hoping he gets through this. How many pounds? You can do light sleep training potentially

I suggest having a relative or spouse watch baby so you can sleep during waking hours and take naps when baby sleeps. My son still doesn’t sleep through the night at 16 months.

It really depends on the baby. At the beginning my husband and I took turns sleeping. Little one started sleeping through the night pretty early on though. We got lucky

My son didn’t sleep through the night till he was 8 months old so I FEEL yaaa stay strong. :blue_heart:

My 14th month old still wakes up at least once a night

Both my kids started sleeping in their cribs thru the night at 3 months. Routine and consistency are key. You have to keep them awake during the day and make it calm and peaceful at night. Good luck and you will have a good nights sleep eventually!

Mine slept thru the night at 10 weeks. Only waking now when he’s sick.

Mine was about 5 years old

I have a 10 year old who still doesn’t sleep right lol but follow someone who just had a baby who was just talking about double swaddling and said it’s a game changer. She said they showed her it in the hospital and she’s getting 4,5 hour blocks of sleep out of her son. I saw some of her followers saying they tried it and are amazed how well it works. Worth a shot?

Neither of my kids slept thru the night until they were 3

My son was sleeping through a little after 2 months old. He was always a fabulous sleeper though. I never tried to force a “sleep schedule” on him nor was it possible, babies do what they want. He slept when he wanted to until he was around one. Otherwise trying to keep him up if he wanted to sleep always ended in failure. He was an excellent sleeper until 1.5-2 as I said then it went downhill and we came up with a whole routine which has made it much better. I will say this, May the odds be in your favor, good luck lol.

It all depends on the baby. My first slept through the night at 4 months. My second was up every 2 hours for 10 months. Good luck mama

They just… don’t. Lol I’m almost on number 4 and my 3 year old only just went to sleep after HOURS of trying. It’s hell. But they’re cute. :woman_shrugging:

My first was a terrible sleeper until she was 16 months old. My second slept great from the very beginning. My third is 17 months old and still wakes up multiple times at night :woman_shrugging:

It varies. I have 2, my oldest kept waking up throughout the night up until he was about 6 months old. My youngest, since he was born, would sleep for about 5 to 6 hours and would get annoyed when I would wake him up to feed him but he needed to eat😂

My son was 7 months before he slept through a night. It happens eventually but it definitely was rough

Depends On the baby, it helps to try to keep them up a little during the day.

My son was 2. My girls are better they just needed dummy’s found every now and then from about 1

My son turns one in 5 days- he still doesn’t :joy:

I’ve found it’s different with every baby. My son is almost 11 months. Sometimes he sleeps all night sometimes he wakes up a few times. It wasn’t until he was about 8-9 months old he started sleeping better through the night.

My son started around 6 or 7 months. We moved into a new house and he just… did. It was weird and I woke in the morning and i was confused like “IS HE OKAY?!” Sure enough he was as well rested as i was.

Depends on the baby. My daughter is 9 months old and still isn’t sleeping through the night. Up every 3 hours

It really depends on the baby. My son is 3 months and has been sleeping threw the night since he was over his birth weight.
Hang in there mama!

My son didnt start sleeping through the night until 18 months

My boys were both 6 years old. :slightly_frowning_face:

I put a little rice cereal in their formula at night. It helped.

Mine was almost a year before he started sleeping through the night

Depends on the baby really

Lol I feel like you might as well assume you are gonna sleep for the next two years :woman_shrugging:
