Does anyone have an updated list on where to get free welcome boxes/samples ?! & a possible list of companies to send baby shower invites to to get their sample boxes?

They have this that’s kinda cool too bad. My kids are grown adults.
You can get free samples from formula companies. I got 3 free samples from enfamil and similac and I got a free box from Amazon after spending $10 off my Amazon baby registry.
I did Amazon and target and baby list. But all 3 made me buy something to get it.
