Every time me and my husband has sex it burns on the tissues , but not inside if you get what I’m saying , I don’t have any infection or STD & I have no idea if this is normal …

Try using lube and spending more time on foreplay. Sometimes you can get micro tears on the labia when you aren’t quite ready which can cause a burning sensation when in contact with semen or urine. You can also stay itching when those micro tears start to heal.

Not enough lube and there’s friction… I use “just like me” its great! You can put it in ya a few hours before sex and if he goes down on you it gets really wet and is perfect amount and stays that way for a long time.
It could be a yeast infection? Maybe. When me and my man did it. I was burning badly but it was bc I had a yeast infevtion from taking antibiotics
Might be micro abrasions from being to rough while not wet enough. It happens and it sucks because ouch. It’ll heal though. Be easy.
