Maybe try a different brand of diaper…and water wipes always work well for my babies. Make sure she is completely dry before applying any cream. Best of luck to you, mama!

Could be the soap your using

Teething can cause this also. Try yogurt, like you would for yourself

Could be the brand of diapers as well

Too much acid from baby food. The baby food (fruit mostly) caused my oldest to have bad yeast infections. Learned to not give so much fruit with my 2nd and 3rd and never had issues w them

Make sure you are washing the soap off really good while in the bath. My friends little girls was getting them and that was the reason.

Could be the diapers. :woman_shrugging: mine had sensitive skin when she was a baby

Change the brand of diapers.

My daughter got yeast infections a lot from like 8months old - 12 months old then kinda grew out of it. I think some babies are just more prone to getting them than others. I call it a diaper rash yeast infection. It’d be fine one diaper change and by the next it’d be a full blown rash. I didn’t wait insane hours between changing her. I still change her as much as I did before :woman_shrugging:

Maybe the wipes or diapers.

Might be something in the diaper that the baby is allergic too. Happened with one of mine and it took me almost a year to figure out that’s what was doing it.

Try not to bathe her in bubble bath or w harsh soaps. Often times if I take a bubble bath I will get one myself. She may just be really sensitive and u cld try baby bath. Best of luck!

Plain yogurt for kids helped my baby, I use to give her 2-3 a day

We use pure cornstarch powder. Idk, no creams or goop has ever worked with my 3 kids

I had one allergic to any wipes. Started using wet Paper towel and it quit. Also Perfumes in diapers, the cheap ones were OK which was a win.

Aww poor baby… I didn’t even know babies can get those… hope you solve this asap :sparkling_heart:

I have found that with the yeast rashes, the Nystatin doesn’t stick to it well enough. I always put a thin layer of the Nystatin and cover it with white desitin paste to hold it in place.

Might be the brand of nappies or wipes

My son when he was little. Would get them from Bath soap. Make sure whatever soap you’re using is sensitive.

My daughter had this ended up kettle water once warm cotton wool and giving her break from nappies, once she got to one it stopped thankfully

Look into cuties diapers on Amazon, they’re completely organic and the only thing that helps my daughter

Diaper brands, soaps, wipes, baths, antibiotics there are so many factors. Both of my daughters use to get horrible rashes from drinking milk and eating yogurt so much in fact that I stopped giving them dairy based things until they were out of diapers. No matter how clean I was keeping them, nothing stopped it. Best of luck. My best advice would be to start changing one thing at a time and see what improves it.

I ALWAYS used unscented wipes and dried my baby with tissues. Dry him or her after using wipes. Also Dr. Smith’s is great diaper cream. Amazon should have it.

I have a boy, and he suffers from eczema. I know, it’s different, but some of the changes I made might work for you too. :woman_shrugging: I used cloth diapers OR Honest brand diapers. I changed the wipes to cloth wipes, Honest or Millie Moon. I changed the bath soap/lotions to Pipette. I changed the laundry detergent to Truly Free. And of course, certain foods that irritated his skin I changed them up as well. Start one thing at a time and see if it helps.

Switch diaper brands and see if that helps. I couldn’t use LUVs on my 3 kids because of that.

Creams usually just trap moisture. We started using boogie bottoms spray, and we did not have an issue once after.

Add a little cranberry juice to her water, helps with flushing out UTI. Makes sure you aren’t wiping back to front at all. Change up diaper brand and wipes and see if that helps.

My daughter struggled with that all the time when she was little. Make sure everything you use is unscented. Change diaper name brand. If you bathe her is a tub, make sure to rinse her vagina with clean water as you are getting her out. I also fed her yogurt.

Switch to water wipes and google non fragrance diapers. Don’t add shampoo/body washes in bath water.

Use Aquaphor the yellow ointment kind to put a barrier from her stool to direct skin.

Hope this helps

Juse different soao like glyserine

I think some babies are more prone to get them. Try to let her air dry as often as possible, when she is sleeping soundly undo the diaper just leaving it underneath to keep her from getting soaked.
Another thing that might help is probiotics, especially if she has taken antibiotics.

Could you maybe change the diapers or wipes!

Probiotic yogurt may help.
Allow diaper area to air dry as much as possible.
No bubble baths.
Use Water Wipes and Coterie Diapers!

Brown some flower let it cool it will stop it

Feed her yogurt. The good bacteria helps

Get acidophilus capsules & garlic capsules & empty them into her milk or stir into her food at least once a day, preferably at every meal. My son had problems with yeast. Let her run around without her diaper sometimes for a bit. Don’t feed her a lot of fermented foods or dairy and as little sugar as you can manage.

It will take a while to get her gut rebalanced but this will make her much healthier in the long run as well as clearing up the yeast infection. Avoid antibiotics as much as possible.

The diapers or wipes, too much sugar, hormonal things, antibiotics. I would take her to a different doctor. There has to be something that can be done for the poor girl.

She could be getting too much sugar in her food. Diabetics are prone to yeast infections, anything with sugar grains or starchy veggies like potatoes, corn and peas can trigger yeast infections.

Our daughters doctor has us stop using wipes for pee. She has us wipe her down real good every other change with a warm wash cloth

I still get a yeast infection if I use anything lavender, learned this 20 years ago because of some bubble bath… my skin is REALLY sensitive, no dyes or scents can be in my water… check the bath soap, diapers, wipes EVERYTHING you use on her and switch to non toxic pure everything that touches her privates… if that doesn’t do it, I’ll be surprised…

Sometimes it is the diapers that’s what was causing it for my little one

could be the brand of wipes I would go to water and cotton Balls when changing Nappys If it still continues then It’s the Nappies

Sounds like the Diaoers are a problem. Maybe try cloth.

You unscented wipes or even better make your own with paper towels and water I prefer viva paper towels they are soft and strong also use baby powder after every diaper change to try and keep her skin dry or let he crawl around from time to time without a diaper just be prepared to clean up pee or poop and don’t use bubbles in her bath bubble baths are the worst for little girls. Good luck momma I dealt with this with both of my little girls. Poor baby hope she gets so relief.

Instead of using baby wipes, opt for washing with soap & water each time, and be careful not to let water from her behind flow onto her private parts. Then pat dry.

Start with chamging to sensitive everything… laundry powder/liquid, sensitive wipes, change your brand of nappies, your brand of baby soap and bath stuff.

Air dry. Dust Cornstarch. try oatmeal bath.
Did doctor prescribe nystatin cream?

I’d look into the wipes. Try going for cloth wipes and warm water which are like wash cloths. I’m a grown adult and if I use even sensitive toilet wipes I’ll end up with a yeast infection.
Also, I cloth diapered my youngest 2. My mom couldn’t use disposables on me as I had a constant rash.

Could be the brand of diapers, wipes, bath soap, foods(acidic)… give her baking soda baths. Calmoseptine cream could help. It’s wonderful! Walgreens carries it. Ask your pharmacist- over the counter! Best wishes

I put flour in a skillet and brown it just till its no longer white. Take it out of the pan to cool completely. We store it in a Mason Jar. Then at each diaper change we powder their bottoms with it using cotton balls. This has always kept the rashes and infection away. My kids are all grown and currently using it on grandchildren. I have zero scientific reason why it works just know for over 40 years my parents have done this.

Has she been on antibiotics?

Make sure you’re wiping her correctly front to back then throw it away and use another wipe if needed

It could be the diapers, wipes, soap you use.

Switch to zero scents. Maybe leave her out of a diaper when you can? Cornstarch

Use Cornstarch it will help heal

Make sure she stays dry After bathing and diaper change frequently. Moisture can cause yeast infections

I would make sure you are using hypoallergenic non-scented soap, and also non-scented wipes.

Use unscented but watch bubble bath cause that can cause it. Anything with perfume/fragrances will cause this.

We switched diapers, baby powder at night, and oatmeal and breast milk in his baths for a few days every time it popped up.

Bepanthen is the best stuff for nappy rash. Its waterbased.

Make sure you are wiping her front to back… change often and use desitin if a rash develops

Let her lay with no diaper on a few times a day.

Try switching diapers/wipes. If you’re applying any kind of lotion to that area, I would stop doing so. Pat her dry after wiping and make sure she’s rinsed really well after baths. Worth at least trying those different things and seeing if it helps.

No bubble baths or scented soaps. Try that. I know you clean her well, but some babies are SO SENSITIVE if pee or :poop: it there even for a little bit they’ll break out . :weary:

I kept getting yeast infections when I was 2 yrs old and I ended up being type 1 diabetic. Had my mother not demanded a blood test I would not be here as the doctor was just going prescribe nystatin and send me out the door. So if your child is really thirsty, losing weight, generally really hungry, and just sluggish I suggest a blood test checking A1C and glucose like yesterday!!

Bag balm thin layer after diaper change

I would use unscented wipes and try to new type of diaper. Could also be the formula (if bottle feeding) deff talk to pediatrician If problem persists.

Change soaps. No tights. Leave diaper off as much as you can.

Try changing the diaper more frequently.

Use all unscented products, maybe she is having a reaction to something.
