So my four years old who has been potty trained since November of 2019 has all of a sudden started pooping in his pants and diapers in the morning. Still in diapers overnight because he has a feeding tube. How do I get him to stop pooping in his pants and diapers? And poop in the toilet. I’ve tried the bathroom 15 mins after he eats and nothing

I made my son clean his own underwear out once. Fixed the problem.

Take him in the bathroom with you an sit on the toilet let him watch then put him on try it a few times good luck.
I found out mine was scared of going down the hall to the bathroom. So we put nightlights in the hall and bathroom and got her a little lantern to carry as well. No more accidents.

I promise you this will pass… my daughter did this at the age of 5… just as she was going to start kindergarten. I thought it was the end of the world in my mind… it was a huge deal… I took her to the docs and everything… and just as quick as it started, it passed. Rest easy mama.
Honestly mine did around that time too.and i hace heard alot of 4 year ilds have regressed this year.its got to be from everyones anxiety about covid.and the lockdown

It could also be a growth spurt. Sometime the body grows unevenly, so he might be a 4 yr old with a bladder the size of a 2 year old.
What life changes has he had? Those are generally what causes children to have set backs in things… something like a new babysitter/ daycare, new baby on the way… older siblings or parent going back to school

Omg my son did this too hes 3 he did great for about a month then started using the bathroom on himself again 
Most of the time…there is a reason why they regress…is there a new baby? Or anything has changed in his life?
