Why all sudden my 2 year old doesn’t want to sleep in her crib and will scream for ever bc she wants in my bed…

Maybe the crib is not comfortable anymore, scare of the dark , sleep regression.
Try to get a toddler bed, and let the child pick the bedding ( her / his ) favorite character, get a night light.
If you take her/ him to your bed you lose 
Comfort her/him without taking her/ him to your bed
Crib is uncomfortable, sick, growth spurt, sleep regression…
Give her something with your scent on it, it might help
Try getting her a big girl toddler or boy bed

Who knows why but to fix it … Without picking her up and cuddling, her lay her back down comfort her and walk away
Repeat until she learns that you won’t take her to your bed

Cause kids feel safe with mom. And at 2 she probably is afraid of dark and such
My daughter is two and we just switched her to a twin bed. We also have a soothing music machine with a night light and a humidifier that has soothing sounds. I always lay down with my daughter and leave the room once she falls asleep. If she wakes up she knows she can come to my room. Most nights she’ll end up sleeping all night. I’ve never been one to let my child cry it out. Eventually they learn to sleep on their own without mommy or daddy. I did the same thing with my now 16 and 11 year old boys and they grew up just fine sleeping in their own beds. Good luck!
