I don’t let my husband drive my car. It’s special to me and too many people have ruined my things so it’s the one thing I have that is sacred

It’s a car, not s toy. It’s insured under his name. Are you insured to drive it? Plus kids are messy. I’m sure he keeps his car nice. He has that right. I feel you are selfish to think you’re entitled to drive his car.

In third grade I went through a similar situation and it was a key memory so I’d make sure you take that kid in the car they want. It ended up being about so much more than the car for me.
Don’t let him drive yours.
