Sounds like he wanted to play house. Now that it’s real life it’s not so fun. Get out of there girl. It’s only gonna get worse on those sleepless nights with a baby.
Lots of red flags here. He could be cheating (that was my exes idea of fun night out) or just not ready to cut the boys and drinking. He is literally telling you this is who I am. I know it’s heartbreaking but get out as soon as you can.

Leave and do your own thing. You are alone with the kids all the time anyway - why add stress to your life?

You have a dilemma, but without a marriage license, there is no leverage. Doesn’t sound like he will change.

Leave. Will not change after your baby is born. And you’re already alone doing it anyway… at least you won’t have to worry about the constant disrespect and possible STDs.
