Its absolutely your hormones, they play crazy tricks on us and make us think these things are rational and when you look back in a year or 2 you will see how funny they are. I once had a huge melt down as my high top converse didnt fit my fat swollen feet. It felt like the end of the world. I used to cry uncontrollably also. Go and have a bath, have some nice snacks and watch a film that you like. I promise things will be ok.
