Boy- Saint, Saxton, Socrates, Smoak
Girl- you could use those and change them up a bit (Saintleigh, Saxtyn)… my kids middle name is Smoak (said like smoke… named after a comic character)…Sonnie

Also try taking names that don’t start with S and switching it or adding an S to it… like take Derrick and make it Serrick… Erin becomes Serin…

You can use a common name but spell it differently to make it different. Like in Susan you can spell it suzan instead. To make is unique.

Sage, Sheena, Stella, Siobhan for girls. Sailor for either. Stern, Steele, Salvatore for boys.

Sean, Stuart, Stella and Shelby could be for a boy or a girl.

Sabrina and Saul also Sydney and Sylvia

my sister daughter name is Sherrill which was my mother maiden last name so she named her Sherrill Lynette which my sister name was Linda Lynette. I like Scott Micheal for a boy name.
