In a conservative town yes it likely will at some point. It’s the judges discretion to rule on any matter and I have seen custody battles go sideways with super conservative judges.

Personal opinion but I’d say yes. Because of fact it’s for sex. I look at it like this how would you feel if your kids found out about it from school or something cause people can screen record ur only fans videos and post them on sites and legally do so.

It should not be used against you. As long as its not something that is putting your children in danger or a form of neglect, it legally should not be used against you. What you do in private has nothing to do with how well you can raise a child.

I don’t see how it could? As long as You’re doing it on your personal time and you aren’t putting your kids on there or letting them see it. They have no right to judge you based off that and it is legal.
It shouldn’t. But it can if you can’t prove that it provides a regular income off of it. Such as one week you only make $100 but the next week you made $500. It’s more about stability.
I would also think that if the other parent could say that it effects the way you care for the child if they are at home and they need you and your occupied with doing a video. Or they could say that the child could walk in and witness what you are doing.

I have 2 patients at work currently in custody battles with their ex-wives. Ive listened to them comparing stories, both are very open about their situations. Both exes post adult content where the kids can occasionally be heard/seen in the background. Both are seeking full custody, but using only the portions of the videos that include the kids. Basically saying its an unsuitable home environment. And also any money from those has to be disclosed as income as well which could affect child support judgements

My ex husband tried to use some videos and “content” against me but it got thrown out because they were always done when it was his week with our son so our child was no where around me during that time. I believe it all depends on how your judge works and views it honestly. If you have a lawyer I highly suggest talking with him/her about it so they are aware and can maybe give you some advice. don’t forget I would get your occupational license for it that way all the income is a 1099 yes you must claim it. If it ends up making over a certain amount depending on your state you could entitle yourself an LLC and again you need to make sure you have your occupational license and a 1099 not a lawyer went through it with my sister

I mean yes and no. If the other person has a lawyer and they tell the lawyer they will try to use it as an interagity (sorry I can’t spell tonight) and they will try to question it. But as long as you express that you only do it when Kids are asleep or kids aren’t home. You are fine. Porn stars, strippers, any sex worker does it. But a judge could see it as “you need a grown up job” and depending on the judge could play a role into what you are trying to do. Honestly Kids are taken care of, and aren’t in harm so really, I would just get a.lawyer to help you fight if the other person tries to use it against you.

Honestly I wouldn’t be concerned about that. Personally (IF I had one) my main concern would be my kids or my kids friends stumbling onto it and embarrassing or emotionally scarring my child and subjugating them to bullying and mockery. Kids are cruel. it is believed that the anterior insular cortex is responsible for emotions and decision-making, that area of the brain develops alot during childhood and is then refined using life experiences throughout young adulthood.

They will use anything and everything against you. The judge only cares about the well being of the child at the end of the day. So as long as you’re providing for your child and do not expose them to it, neglect or put them in danger you’re good. In Georgia it’s hard to strip a mom of her rights. It took multiple offenses by her mother for my sister and brother in law to get full custody of his daughter. I’m talking drug and abuse offenses. Nothing physically happened to the little girl, she was exposed to it and that’s all it took. I’m from a small town in Georgia as well.

And think about it and be honest — would you want to grow up with a mom who does that for money? You may not have a problem with it, but have you ever thought about your kids? There’s a reason you’re asking this question and it’s because, deep down, you already know the answer. Being a good parent isn’t just about how much money you make but the kind of example you set for your children. What example are you setting for little girls when you monetize your sexuality?

Sex work is in fact work. But it’s true in the sense we are role models for our children. Highly doubt you’d want your child selling herself on only fans, in her future, as she has. Many do it because they are narcissistic beyond the normal range. OR- financially desperate. They may crave the attention and figure they can now make money off it. So, might as well. Or in a position, in their life, they feel they have no choice. Without reflecting on the implications and consequences of said choices… Some things are meant to be kept separate from motherhood. But unfortunately only fans is a public domain. What one does in public should be evaluated. What one does in private, can be kept separate, unlike an online persona. There are layers to every situation. I do not belittle her choice. But every choice bears consequences. Whether it be good or bad… if she’s comfortable with it- great. But the impact it will have on her child, should it reach said child, could be detrimental.

Some hope! As I haven’t read all the comments I only saw bad news. Where I live and where the former couple went to court this applied. They were together 5 years and split due to many things, during court everything was used against the male involved and when it came to the woman it was always excused. Meaning they used the fact he’s a recovering alcoholic against him but the fact she’s a proven escort, has an only fans and does porn it was deamed “income” so she got away with it. As long as the children were never in it, around during the making or doing of the “jobs”, and she had proper care for if she wasn’t around when she had them she was fine.

I heard of a womans son who was
brutally bullied in school and out, all because of his mother had an onlyfans. Everyone has the right to do what they want with their lives, but they should think about their kids before ever considering doing something like that. I mean that kind of thing can humiliate a child, but also subject them to bullying from their own peers. I believe onlyfans isn’t there for people who have children…imagine finding out from people at school what your mother does for money…that stuff could really mess someone whether they are okay with it or not. But like I said everyone reserves the right to do what they want!
