Yes it can. There are sperm in pre ejaculate. During sex many small drops of pre cum may drop into the vagina, there are thousands of sperm in each drop and it only takes 1 to fertilize an egg. So it didn’t matter if he pull out in the end because he had already dropped thousands of sperm

Yes, women do get pregnant from precum. It is important to know that is a possibility and it’s not very uncommon. That does NOT mean you are suddenly pregnant. IF you miss your period then you will need to get a pregnancy test. It doesn’t have to be an expensive one. Sometimes you’ll find them for only $1 at the store. Now is the time to decide if you want to be a mama or if you’d rather wait until you’ve done some other things in your life that you think could be more challenging while caring for a little one. Please ask about birth control options if you decide that you are not yet ready and plan to explore these activities further.
