I am pregnant with my third child. My first two were boys, and I never had any sickness. I am still in my first trimester, and I have just felt crappy and gaggy. I have ‘t thrown up, but I just don’t feel like eating all day. Then at dinner, I’m starving and can’t shove enough in my mouth. Has anyone else had that? What gender was the baby? I heard it’s common for girls.
It’s also common for twins!
Not sure. I had one boy and one girl. Never had any morning sickness, or any sickness for that matter with either of them.
I don’t know. With my daughter I had morning sickness and craved junk food. With my son , no morning sickness. I craved fruits with him.
Morning sickness and tired with both boys. Ate everything with my daughter. Hope it helps.
Not sure it was more sweets for girl. Mexican food w boy. But my bff could tell the sex by looking at me
It isn’t gender specific, it’s just how your body reacts
I would throw up randomly with my daughter. i never ‘felt’ sick or like i was going to be sick… and was constantly hungry. i would munch on stuff all day every day. i couldn’t sit down and eat a whole meal because it would make me throw up. and towards the end… i was too tired to do anything. i mean you got a 50/50 chance its a girl… but you got a 50/50 chance its a boy lol. i never found out while i was pregnant what i was having. so i would google. everything said i was having a boy… but turns out… that was wrong lol
I never had any sickness and I have 2 girls but with my youngest I was nausea alot. Doc can give meds if needed I used zofran off and on with my 2nd
I was sick like that with my girls. My son, I was totally fine. But, every person and every pregnancy is different.
I wasn’t that hungry with my daughter but I also wasn’t very nauseous. I threw up once my whole pregnancy
I had the same pregnancy for a boy and then a girl. No one can tell u everyone is diff. U want to know wait until your sono
Boy or girl , I just hope you’re feeling better soon! Best wishes !
I was only “sick” with my girls. Never felt sick with my boys.
4 pregnancies all boys, all completely different, the nausea got worse with each pregnancy
4 boys here all pregnancies were different. 2 of them I had bad nausea and the other 2 I didn’t.
Has zero to do with gender.
I was extremely sick with all of my kids, the boys and the girl.
Both my boys I had no morning sickness with, always felt nauseous though constantly!
My 1st & 3rd pregnancy were identical but 2 different genders.
That’s exactly how I was my entire pregnancy and I had a little girl
If it’s sweets yours craving is a girl if it’s spicy food lemon craving is a boy …
Gender isn’t determined by things like that. Just old wives tales.
I have 3 kids first was a boy and the last 2 were girls I never got morning sickness or any kind nausea in any of my pregnancies.
I was a bit different with my girls then my son. With both girls my nausea went away about 12/13 weeks and stayed away but with my son i noticed the nausea came back about week 23. Not quite as bad but still there a bit at times. Was annoying lol.
Sounds like you have a 50/50 chance
I have all 3 boys. I had NO morning sickness @ all with my first. But the next 2 boys I had horrible all day sickness.
3 boys here and all 3 pregnancies were fully different lol
I had morning sickness with all 4 of my kids. 3 girls and a boy
I threw up every morning during the week for the first 17 weeks of my pregnancy with my son. My mom has two girls and was sick for the first 6 months.
I have 4 boys and 1 girl. There were no signs for either. Each pregnancy was different.
If you really want to know early on tell your OB you wld like to have the Harmony test done. They will draw your blood at 8 wks…prayers for a healthy baby regardless
Those are just old midwives tales. I’ve known women with bad morning sickness who have sons and women who had no morning sickness who have girls. I have 2 girls and didn’t have morning sickness with either
I had a girl and never had any sickness
I had this with my daughter. I had bloody noses constantly during pregnancy with her but with my boy I’ve only had them afterwards. I vomited my whole pregnancy with my girl and my boy was only the first trimester. I’d just wait till the 20 week appointment and try not to get your hopes up for a girl. It can be either.
Symptoms are just different for everyone. I will say for me I was just always sick with my son and then with my daughter it was just headaches, breakouts & dry hair. I told my doctor and she said it might be a girl since I had different symptoms… I just knew it would be a girl too lol.
Every pregnancy is different. Means nothing. Your chance of having a girl is still 50%.
All pregnancies are different. I don’t think the gender of the baby has anything to do with if.
I didn’t have any morning sickness for my baby girl. Every pregnancy and baby is different
Well, you have a 50/50 chance of having a girl
Not for me I have 2 girls my first wasnt sick at all had no cravings 2nd little nauseous off and on in first trimester but still had no cravings
I’d say you have a 50/50 chance of the baby being a girl!
With my first 2 I was always sick had one of each this time I’m not sick at all… so I don’t think it has anything to do with gender…
I only had sickness with my son. I never had any sickness with my girls. Sickness has nothing to do with the sex of your baby. It’s just your rising hormones
I had next to zero morning sickness with my son and lots with my daughter. Honestly, I don’t think it had much to do with the gender but I definitely fit the wives tale.
Every pregnancy is different. You can’t count on symptoms to determine gender
I’d say it’s a pretty decent possibility. About 50% chance.
I have two boys and a girl and with my sons I had morning sickness in the first trimester and no sickness at all with my daughter
I had a boy then a girl no morning sickness with either
I was sick with boy and girl but every pregnancy is different so you never know
For me personally this was true. My boy was easy breezy lemon squeezy. But with my girl. She didn’t like my morning coffee. So we cut that out. But she didn’t like breakfast either. So we cut that out. Didnt like dinner either so cut that out. Literally she would only let me eat lunch everyday…that’s it. And then don’t get me started on after birth… colic, cried if food entered the car, didn’t like being rear facing so she cried. She was rough lol. I don’t remember her brothers cry…hers I will never forget
I had bad hyperemisis when i had my one and only son.
Just got into my second trimester and have all your same symptoms but started throwing up none stop once I hit 14-15 weeks I don’t know what I’m having yet only going on 17 weeks this Friday so counting down hoping girl but if it’s a boy I’d be surprised
I threw up every single day at least once a day from about 7 weeks until a couple days after I gave birth at 41 weeks and 2 days. I had a son. My first pregnancy was the same way with throwing up every day until I lost the pregnancy in the second term and that pregnancy was a girl. It all depends on the individual pregnancy. You could be having a girl, but it doesn’t really have anything to do with you being sick this time.
This is me right now, but I throw up randomly.
I have a boy and I find out what I’m having in a week. With him I had no sickness, nothing. It was the easiest pregnancy and this one sucks and i struggle with everything
I don’t think nausea or lack thereof has anything to do with the sex of the baby. The old wives tales are certainly fun, but I think that’s all they are, tales. With that said, I was extremely nauseous for 9 months with my son…I threw up too, but mostly I was just constantly nauseous and nothing helped alleviate the nausea.
I had no morning sickness. I had a girl.
I had 7 pregnancy most of them girls never any morning sickness
I think every pregnancy is different and every person is but for fun with my boys it was a lot easier. My girls I was a mad woman. Horrible HORRIBLE MOOD SWINGS. Crying one second, ready to throw down the next a lot of morning sickness that lasted FOREVER. I literally puked while pushing.
I felt worse with my boy
With all 3 never had any morning sicknesse
I have 2 boys and I had all day sickness with both
I was only sick with my two girls and not at all with my four boys, could be a girl…
I wasnt sick with either of my first 2 (a boy and a girl)
With my third I’m finally over being sick (most days) at 20 weeks.
It really has nothing to do with gender
My first with my daughter I barely had morning sickness, for my son I had more morning sickness. Everything I didn’t have with my first I had for my second. Every pregnancy is different but It could be a girl!
I was so sick for the first 5 months I lost 20 pounds with my second son… I’m pregnant with a girl right now and I was barely sick at all
There’s no consistency and wives tales aren’t reliable. All 3 of my pregnancies were entirely different. 2 girls and a boy. My boy was the easiest pregnancy. All females body’s react differently to pregnancy.
I was super sick with my son. Couldn’t even smell certain things without gagging & throwing up. It lasted the whole 39 weeks until I delivered.
My daughter made pregnancy seem easy until I got gestational diabetes. I had no nausea with her.
All 3 of my pregnancies were different and they were all boys
50/50 chance. Every pregnancy is different. Just because you feel different does not mean different gender.
I am having a girl and had every symptom but morning sickness. The idea that you can tell gender based on symptoms is just an old wives tale.
My boys were polar opposites I was really sick with my first and just over all feeling of bla with my second
My first pregnancy, I had one day of sickness the entire time. My second pregnancy, I maybe had a total of a week I wasn’t sick. Both are girls. I just knew my second was a boy because of how different the pregnancy was.
I have 5 boys and morning sickness last two weeks minus my 3rd son I was sick the whole time . I’m pregnant with number 6 and feel the same way. I dont eat till about dinner but feel nausea. Im only in the first trimester as well.
2 girls I threw up twice with my first (OJ both times so I think that’s all that was) and never ever even sick to my stomach with the second.
I had three girls and all three of my pregnancies were completely different. I had mild nausea with my first, extreme vomiting with my second, and a mix of the two with my third
I believe everyone is different but myself personally with my pregnancy they were very different (as for the sex) … with my 2 daughters I had morning sickness an bad throughout nearly all the pregnancy, but with my son I had no morning sickness,. Even finding out I was pregnant was different, with girls it was morning sickness. But my son my boobs were sore an I just felt different within myself.
I’m onto my third boy and every pregnancy has been different in every way lol it’s not a gender sign x
Yep, I’d say theres a 50/50 you could be having a girl
I’ve had 3 girls followed by 3 boys
Girl 1 - sick
Girls 2 - not sick
Girl 3 - not sick
Boy 1 - sick
Boy 2 - not sick
Boy 3 - sick
EVERY pregnancy is different lol
My first 2 pregnancy’s were boys and didn’t experience any sickness. My third pregnancy was a girl. I stayed sick the entire pregnancy. I just knew i was having a girl because of all the differences. My last one was also a girl and i was sick my first and second trimester then i was good! Keep us updated i like to know!
Even though every pregnancy is different I noticed with my girl I was horribly sick the entire time because I have an intolerance to high estrogen levels. We knew as soon as I wasn’t that sick with our 2nd it was a boy.
I had 2 completely different pregnancies and both times had boys. Don’t think symptoms determine gender unfortunately
I had hyperemisis gravidium with my pregnancy, I had a boy
Girl I was fine craved sweets couldn’t eat spicy food especially hot Cheetos. Boy morning sickness, tired all the time, craved hot Cheetos, and ate pickled jalapenos the whole time. I knew it was a boy lol
Every pregnancy is different. Both my boys were different.
You could possibly be having a girl!!! It’s a 50/50 chance depending on your husbands sperm:) Gender can not affect your eating habits
I did. Pure sickness till about 24/25 weeks. I got a beautiful baby boy
I had 3 children , 2 boys, third was a girl I was sick as with the boys The girl no sickness at all !
My girl pregnancy was by far my hardest. My boys besides a growing belly I had no symptoms at all; my girl I thought was trying to kill me for 9 months
My first one was a boy… perfect pregnancy actually didn’t even find out until I was 15 weeks… second one pretty sure I started vomiting the moment of conception and continued to vomit up until the day HE was born actually puked during birth i was convinced he was a girl but nope he’s all boy
I have 4 boys and had extreme morning sickness. All day everyday. During 2 of my pregnancies I actually lost weight instead of gained. It is different for everyone. You have a totally different body. Maybe for you it is a girl since its different then when you had your boys. But I know people who were the same amount of sick with both kids of different genders. Good luck on getting your girl!
I’m on my third pregnancy & my third daughter. Never had any morning sickness with my first 2. This baby gave me hell. Nausea but no vomiting, couldn’t get out of bed until after 3 or 4pm & was having my first meal of the day around 9 at night. I was convinced since this pregnancy was so different that it was a boy but NOPE. I’m a girl mom hopefully it’s your girl
I had 4 girls. I had nausea and heartburn and felt generally yucky with each. I carried them all high. I then had my last, a boy. I carried him low. I wasn’t sick at all with him. I felt great until the last 3 weeks, when I was so uncomfortable, waddling like a duck. Good luck, and hope you feel better.
Both of my girls were pretty easy as far as sickness goes. It was a breeze with my first, I didn’t get sick. If I got nauseated, I could eat and it would go away. My second girl, it wasn’t as easy, and there were things that made me a little nauseated, and I did lose weight, but I never got sick…if that makes sense. I think it just depends on the pregnancy…I hope you get some relief soon!
Every pregnancy is different. I had girl boy girl. I got sick with my last daughter maybe 5 times. But smells bothered me. I hope you get your girl. But I wouldn’t trust any midwives tales.
Both my pregnancy’s were the same, boys, with super bad morning sickness which was really all day sickness. Constantly throwing up. But what beautiful boys I have.
Son #1 I was soooo sick and certain smells made me puke
Son #2 no morning sickness at all…I felt great the whole pregnancy. It was the total opposite of son #1 pregnancy
For me my 2 boys made me insanely tired and horrible morning sickness, but with my girl I didn’t feel pregnant maybe got morning sickness a couple days. Also with my boys I found out at 4 and 5 weeks(because of symptoms), but my daughter I didn’t know I was even pregnant till almost 13weeks.
I have one girl… 2 boys… And pregnant with my 3rd boy.
I was sick the entire 9 months with my daughter.
And 2 of my 3 boys I have been extremely sick. I am 26 weeks Wednesday and just got my appetite back a couple weeks ago.
I still have days where I am not hungry… Days where I am nauseous and puke.
I have been SO sick with this baby!
Gender doesn’t make a difference.
