Did you get the TDAP vaccine while pregnant?

Me, daddy, and grandparents …

I never got it, not for any other reason than I forgot :woman_facepalming::woman_facepalming: but everything was fine

I got it! No problems

My husband and I got it when I was 30 weeks. No side effects aside from a sore arm for 2-3 days.

Yes got it, no effects

I got it with my son! I had no side effects.
My arm was sore for a day or two, but besides that it was fine

O got any shot they reccomend and no side effects for for me

I got it. I’m 31 weeks now. So far no negative effects. I’d assume I’d have them by now

Me and my husband got it. No side effect for me but his arm was sore for a couple of days.

I got it. It’s better to be safe. My arm hurt for a couple days but I’ll take that over a sick baby.

I got it right after birth

I’ve got it 4 times, no side effects for me.

I did, no side effects

I got it with all 3 and no effects

Yes. We all got it. There are no side effects except a sore arm!

No. Never once in my four pregnancies.

I got that and the flu shot while I was pregnant. I was fine.

I gpt it and no problem

I got it, so did everyone who lived in my house. It gave me peace of mind. I did have a reaction, but that has to do with me and my allergies to basically life🤦‍♀️ I got a sore, red lump but once it went away (like 2 or 3 weeks) I had no problems.

Got it. No side affects

Google/YouTube what an infant looks/sounds like with whooping cough. You’ll change your mind real quick.

Get the vaccine, to protect your child.

I got it, my son is happy and healthy, no side effects for either of us.

I got it, no side effects…

Had it and was fine just a sore arm, no side effects.

I got mine right after birth

I got it because they told me I had to get it. (They never explained what it was for and I was always told to not Google things like that) My arm was sore for days lmao. I also had to get one for my blood type being O negative. Well had to get 2 of those shots anyways.

I had it at 22 weeks with my son still pregnant but no adverse affects

This will be the forth pregnancy I will be getting one. I always ask for it actually. Whooping cough is scary and if I can do what I can to protect my little. I will.

I got it with both of my children and I didn’t have any side effects but my are was sore for a few days

Got it with no issues

I got the flu shot while I was pregnant and the Tdap right after birth. No issues. I did what I had to do to protect my daughter from Whooping cough.

I got it. Nothing bad happened. But to each their own. I will say I’m pro vaccine so if ur not then you probably won’t get it. If ur just scared do the research and get educated hen decide. Don’t go based on how it did or didn’t effect someone else. All people are different and have different reactions to things.

Never. These vaccines have never been tested in pregnant women for side effects, infertility, miscarriage, etc.

I said no for my first 3 pregnancies this last one it was mandatory since so many babies were getting whopping cough

I got it and all I got was a sore arm lol

I got it and was absolutely fine.

Ive had the vaccine during both pregnancies (30 weeks right now) just had the vaccine a few weeks ago. Everything is just fine. My first daughter is 1000% fine no side effects other than a sore arm. Look up what tetnus does to the human body of contracted… its horribly painful. Whooping cough is coming back into circulation due to the antivaxers… protect your little one who is too young to be vaccinated for these. It passes on your bodies antibodies. Theres worse stuff in processed foods than in the vaccine.

I got it in the hospital after I gave birth with no side effects except I bruise easily so I had a bruise where they put the needle but nothing

talk to ypur OB about this. Dont listen to a bunch of people on fb. some these anti vax ppl are down right dumb as fuck

Yes for both pregnancies! Only was a little soar where I got it.

With my oldest I did because she was to be born in December. With my youngest I didn’t. She was born in June.

I got it and was fine

Yes with both pregnancies.

You can carry Whopping cough with no symptoms and you can pass it on to your baby so it’s better to just have it done then watch your 3mth old struggle to breathe

I got it with all 3 pregnancies. My kids are perfectly healthy. 12yo, 5yo and 3.5month old

I got it both times I’ve been pregnant and have had no issues at all.

No, it says right on the vaccine insert that it’s not recommended for pregnant women. I didn’t want to be a test subject for off lable usage.

It is safe, what if you cut yourself by accident on something rusty? Can cause blood infection and hurt you & the baby. Get your DTAP shot please. We have all our vaccinations up to date (even through pregnancy). No issues with any of us. When I was 31 years old, I was due for my DTAP, I ended up getting whooping cough, took 6 months for me to recover from it.

I got it with both of mine. It helps create immunity for the baby. Please don’t listen to all the women on here telling you not to get it because of “big pharma.” Talk to your doctor and other health care workers. #healthcareworker
P.s. if you decide not to get it, that’s fine. Its about whats best for you and your baby.

I had it and zero side effects. Healthy baby and mom. Look up whooping cough watch videos of babies with it.

I had it with both of mine and my kids were pretty close together I had no problems with either trust me get the shot for your baby’s sake if you’re still not sure watch videos of babies who get whooping cough

I got one the day I went home from the hospital after my first was born.

Had while pregnant no side effects at all.

I am 36 weeks today. I took the tdap shot. I did have a sore arm afterwards, no other side effects. With this pandemic going on i felt safer getting the shot for my babies health.

I just got mine yesterday actually- however if you’re that concerned as is I’d ask your OB or Nurse to explain to you the benefits versus any potential risks to you or baby. They legally have to give the paper explaining, but it’s sometimes better to hear it from them.

I didnt have any side affects. Had it with both pregnancies.

I got it with both of my pregnancies and never had a problem. I am pregnant now as well (26 weeks) and will get the shot again. I always say take all the precautions you can especially now. But ultimately it’s your decision what you choose.

I did and no adverse effects.

Heck no. I refused it all 3 times I was pregnant.

It’s highly recommended to get this. I’ve had it with all of my kiddos!

My daughter was born in December so I got it, I made my husband get it and made any family members who hadn’t had it in the last 10 years get it if they wanted to see her. :woman_shrugging:
