Hmmm…some scientific journals long time ago mentioned females stop growing in height at age 18 while males stop growing at 25.
12 is the average age for girls’ period but the Early starting of period is the cause of in touch with vulgar activity or eating hot food. growing of their body continue till 17 although their mental growths stop ate 5

People continue to grow until 25. Then, they stop.

My mom however thought I’d been molested by my father (they were divorced ) so she made me go to the hospital to be checked #notfunfirstgynexam at 8 years !!!

Menstrual cycles start earlier based on genetics, diet, medical care, etc. For example, a lot of meats and dairy products have high levels of hormones and medication. They can effect your menstrual cycle. So can your exercise level. Etc.
As for growing, you keep growing.

I got mine just before turning 9. I grew another 10 inches
I think it depends. I got my period at 11 and grew maybe one inch.

I grew 6 inches over the summer when is was 14 and started my period at 12. Most girls I know grew a few years after starting their cycles. Menstruation isn’t the end of puberty for girls, more like the halfway marker.
No, I had 3 growth spurts after mine. I didn’t stop growing until I was in my 20s and I started my monthly at 12. I’m nearly 6 " 0.
Normally growth continues for approx1.5 years after onset of menses. Age nine is young. Contact your Dr to check about precocious puberty
Yes it’s normal for 9. Most of my cousins and my sister had theirs from 9-11, I was the oldest getting mine at 13

Growth and starting your period as far as I’m aware are not linked. Anyone who does stop growing at that point is purely coincidence

I was 13 and about5’3” but when I stopped growing I was 5’7” also a size 4 in a shoe and then a size 8 when I stopped growing so no it’s not true
no that’s not true… 
I was turning 9 when I started my period and the doctor told me I would stop growing taller 3years after my period and that’s about accurate. I’m short but it’s ok. Anytime you have a concerne always talk to your child’s Dr most are amazing and helpful

Okay I was 13 when I got a period I don’t remember how tall I was or whatever but I do know I’ve grown outward because I was 5’9 now I’m only 5’8 so I’m losing inches just not in the right part LOL
No she will continue to grow. Im todays world our foods are pumped with hormones (makes plumper chickens and other animals) some of that gets transferred to the person who eventually eats it and thus we have excess hormones in our bodies causing us to menstrate earlier. Other reasons for this too this is just one reason. Its fine its not abnormal just an inconvenience
Pediatrician told me within 2 years of starting your period you are pretty much done.

Everybody is different. Not all girls stop growing lol. What causes the long bone (our growing bones) to stop growing is estrogen. You need to be knowledgeable how hormones work to fully understand it. Do a little research on long bones and hormones especially for us, estrogen.

I got my first period when I was 10 and stopped growing in height around 16. But I know that it’s different for everyone 
I was told women dont actually stop growing till about 15 years old. We may gain a little bit of height after starting puberty. Some may be later some may be sooner.

No! I was about 5’6" when I got mine, then grew 3 more inches to be my current height of 5’9".
I got my period at 10…I stopped growing at about 13. I broke my hip and got x-rays of the growth plates and they only had about 1/8 of an inch left in them. So yeah height wide I was done. But I still grew in other ways until about 17 or 18.

Not true! The menstrual cycle is one of the 1st few signs of puberty, not the last. Girls can get their cycle very young, for example I was 7. She will continue to grow and develop into her late teens, early 20s. Don’t panic.
