Depending on babes age, I would consider what she’s eating. Even formula or breast milk can cause a reaction if she’s sensitive to ingredients. I would also look at changing wipes (I recommend Water Wipes brand, literally 2 ingredients and on sale on Amazon often) and diapers (hypoallergenic and check ingredients - if the company doesn’t disclose what they use, move on, they aren’t as “clean” as they want to seem if they won’t tell you what’s in them). You could also consider using coconut oil as a barrier at each diaper change, similarly to how you’d use a diaper rash cream. Also, airing her out as much as possible will really help. Laying her on a towel/blanket outside in the shade (or inside of outside isn’t a possibility) can do wonders for the skin. Good luck!!

Cornflour helps and wash babies bottom with warm water and cloth avoid using wet wipes and leave bottom open especially when sleeping

When I took my daughter to her paediatrician appt I got her butt cream there. She got it sooooo bad when she was a newborn, nothing worked none of the over the counter stuff made a dent. When my son gets it rly bad (when he has diarrhea) I use the sudocrem or penatem stuff. It helps. In all honesty I’ve used Vaseline a ton of times as well when I ran out, it worked just as well. I have used Vaseline to prevent it from getting worse when there was just a bit of red left as well. Or knowing my kids had diarrhea it prevented the diaper rash from ever starting
Cornstarch and Boudreaux butt paste. My sons had skin break down and was bleeding from diaper rash till I did these two

I had to do Epsom salt baths and use cornstarch and Vaseline. My son was allergic to disposable diapers so I had to switch to cloth diapers for about 6 months.
If possible go without a diaper. Air will help it feel a little better and help the healing process. It may not be ideal, but my friends daughter went through the same thing and that is what her Dr suggested. It helped her. I don’t know how old your little is but if she is tiny keep her on a towel or if she is older and moving around you could keep her in a playpen to contain any messes. Good luck. Washing or a quick soak after each “going” in baking soda and warm water helps to neutralize the “acid” and cleans as well.
Burned flour is what my daughter used for extreme diaper rash. Put flour in a hot pan and stir it and let it turn brown. Cool and use it like you would baby powder. Also, corn starch is good for bad diaper rash

highly recommend this! used it on both my baby’s and I even use it myself if my hemroids act up or if my panties rub and it’s amazing! you can use it on mosquitoe bites to my son welps up bad from mosquitoes if we play outside so I keep a tube around always! i hope you find something that helps!

100 cornstarch, 1/4 thick and change every 2 hrs no matter what and only apply the Penitin cream if they have a sore. My son had a really bad one and it went away in 18 hrs

Try giving her more water and anfer cream they use this in NICU hospital protective of preemies skin it’s sold over the counter 
I used conotrane for my kids. Works as a barrier and its also a healing antiseptic cream. Otc at your pharmacy or amazon. Its useful for all kinds of cuts /scratches/rashes.
My grandaughter was the same and a Mind wife told her to coat her bum with the white of an egg it worked wonders
Instead of cleaning her with wipes, try washing her with really warm water and gentle soap/baby wash. Rince with cool/cold water and pat dry with a towel and let her go without a diaper for as long as possible.
Apply a thick layer of Sudocreme all over her bottom (front and back) don’t leave any skin bare of the cream.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but maybe try an antifungal cream. Just do not get inside the vagina area, if a girl.
Cornstarch. Maybe she is allergic to something she is eating or drinking. Apple juice was my granddaughter’s problems

I would suggest taking your baby to a pediatric allergist. My oldest had the same issue. I tried everything suggested (within reason). His pediatrician didn’t have any answers. I took him to the ER where the nursery mother (head nurse) told me to take my baby to a pediatric allergist, and even set up the appointment. The allergist took my baby off all forms of milk and baby food (over a period of time). Turned out that my baby was allergic to all formula and milk as well as citric acid which is used as a preservative in baby food.
Broke out the blender, the pedialyte and whatever I was having for my meal and wha-la … healthy baby with no diaper rash.
There is a barrier cream that helps protect while it heals. Works fast!!!

I used bepanthen every nappy change coat it with thick cream buy the next day it should have improved a fair bit
I use miracle oil from pure romance it’s a small bottle but lasts a year all you need is a drop after 2 or 3 diaper changes you notice a difference get a hold of a pure romance consultant

I used a spray bottle of water on my kids’ rears to clean away the poop when they had diaper rash and then just patted them dry. That way, I wasn’t agitating the already sensitive area. Then I applied corn starch. Zinc oxide, Butt Paste, …, all of those require you to rub hard to clean it off.
I used to do an oatmeal bath. I would put it in cheesecloth and tie it and ring it out a couple times after soaking in the bath. Then air time. Also pharmacist recommend using monistat type cream and that worked. Just a tiny bit then a barrier over once diaper is on twice a day.
Look into her diet as well, as something is going through her system, savlon, let it soak in then put vaseline over it, hope she is better soon, good luck
