Olives eat then n drink the juice they come in

I took bonjesta for a month and my little boys doing just fine :two_hearts: but I understand your concern. Nothing else helped me though mine was so bad I had to go get fluid twice and couldn’t even shower without supervision because I’d almost pass out every time

I had the red and white peppermint hard candies. It had to be the real one and not genetic but it helped a little. Not qondeef

Wonderful but did help

They cell preggo pops they help

Bonjesta is approved for use in pregnancy

Dilectin I used and what I remember totally safe but just check

I took it and it helped a lot. They also have a concoction of B6 and Unisome to help with nausea and sleeping. They did that with me first.

Mine was so bad I had to take little pieces of Benadryl on occasion to stop the nausea.

Pregy pops keeps you hydrated- ice chips if possible-I froze Gatorade and crush the cubes when possible- also apples with hymala salt if experiencing rapid salavation! Watch for lost of minerals or dehydration!! Good luck

Ginger is really great and it’s natural and it helps with nausea.

My doctor told me to get vitamin B6 and unisom it works wonders!

Peppermint candy & preggie pops

Flat ginger ale always did the trick … and snacking

Watermelon is good for it.

Try zofran or phenergan those medications are specifically for nausea and sickness

Sniff rubbing alcohol. Either the wipes or the bottle itself. It works in 90% of nausea patients

I used diet 7 ups and saltiness crackers

I use to sniff a tube of toothpaste. Lol. I’d carry it with me and whenever I started to feel nauseous, I’d hold it up to my nose until it stopped…

I lived on real ginger ale and saltine crackers my entire pregnancy from severe morning sickness

Peppermint life savers

Lemons suck on lemons goes away right away

I used these and sea bands! I was sick for 8 months! Feel better and congrats!

Try not to use any meds all of them can have serious side effects try home remedies I had it really bad my pregnancy to the point I couldn’t eat or drink without puking tell I started sucking on mints and they have a cbd oil I can buy that helps to

Ginger ale, lemon, vitamin B12, take it easy during the day! Hope you feel better closer to your second trimester. When I was in my first trimester I was sick for 4 days at a time and couldn’t keep water or a bite of food down, almost ended up having to get an IV because I was so dehydrated

Suck on a lemon.
Ginger gum(found at Walgreens

I had the same!! I ate a Sao before getting out of bed!! that helped me…

Ginger chews helped me a lot during my pregnancy with my daughter. I had morning sickness every day thru first trimester, then alternated morning sickness and heartburn the rest of the pregnancy

Only thing that worked for me. The wrist bands didn’t work…or the preggie pop drops.

I’ve been going through this my whole pregnancy and honestly the only thing that helped is milk. When I start to feel sick, heartburn, or acid reflux I just take a drink of milk and it helps.

Lemons, ginger, sour candies.

My go to was lemons and sour patch kids!

Ginger helped me a lot. But honestly you’ll just have to be sick for a bit unfortunately…with my last baby I was sick for 12 or 13 weeks and then nothing  hope it gets better!

I kept dry cheerios by my bed. And crackers

Half a Unisom & b6. It takes a couple days for it to kick in but my dr said it was the closest to prescription nausea meds but was more natural and won’t harm the baby. It helped me, but like I said took a bit for it to kick in and start to actually work (like a week or two)

B6 and unisom was a life saver for me

Saltiness crackers before getting out of bed

And eat something. Even if You feel sick, eat some saltines. It helps to keep food in your stomach! Good luck!

I took bonjesta while pregnant with my 3rd… really helped me alot but u need to take it at night… made me feel a lil grogy but best thing ive tried…

I suffered with severe morning/afternoon/evening sickness too lol. The only thing that helped to settle my tummy was to eat a ginger biscuit before I Evan got out of bed in the morning. I would force myself every morning to eat one and it worked wonders for me. Good luck and I hope you find something that helps to subside it a little. Congratulations on ur wonderful news also xxx

I found that before getting out of bed eat a couple of saltiness crackers ( put a tupper ware filled on the bedside table. A bit of ginger through out the day ginger ale is really good, and keep in mind that it will ease up the next trimester, congrats on the baby

I was so sick with both my babies 8 months and the doctor put me on diclectin which really helped me I was able to eat

Bananas. Works wonders

Queezy pops are amazing

Get zofran from ur dr it’s a godsend it’s what they give cancer patients for nausea

Eat something every hr, even just biscuit. I found keeping my blood sugar levels table really helped with the nausea but nothing stopped the vomiting at night. I’d keep biscuits/croissants by the bed to eat before getting up and maybe some sweets. Wait 10/15 mins then get up. X

Preggie pops worked for me. They’re candies and they taste good. Check them out in either supermarkets or Amazon

Diclegis is super safe… did not work for me I needed zofran

Ginger nuts!! Nibble on them, avoid dairy

I saw midwives my last pregnancy which was last year and they had me take B12 and a sleeping pill that worked wonders I can’t remember the name of the sleeping pill but the doctor should know what the combo is

I had horrible morning sickness with my first child, for 6 months, was actually hospitalized because I couldn’t hold anything down. The DRS were no help, they just treated me and told me to come back whenever needed. The only thing I remember somewhat helping was my husband made and brought me peppermint tea and saltine crackers every morning before he left for work. The peppermint sometimes cal.ed my stomach enought to function but never to really hold anything down, I’m sorry you are going through this. I remember it was the worst thing ever, good luck I hope you find relief. And congratulations on the baby

Unisom and B6 is what helped me, take it at night before bed, also sucking on hard candy!

I take prochloreprezine. My sickness was pretty bad for a while couldn’t drink fluids and was so dehydrated the midwife wasn’t able to take bloods i got prescribed these tablets and they helped a lot.

Anything with ginger helped me, I kept ginger ale and Gatorade on hand the entire pregnancy. Those helped me the most.

Bonjesta is specifically for morning sickness. It is Doxaylmine which is an antihistamine and B6 combination. So the risks are lower. Ginger ale, saltines, very bland foods. Good luck hope you find something that works for you so you feel better soon.

Roll with it, the sickness means your pregnancy is a strong one. The hormones are High. I know it’s tough, I’ve done it, but your baby is thriving there. It will pass xx

Ginger root. Also comes in gummies.

Popsicles worked for me.

Sea-bands and ginger. Keep saltines on your nightstand.

I second with Zofran! It’s the best. I was sick throughout my first pregnancy.

Sleep with cut up lemons next to your bed !

Ginger root! Verners Ginger Ale contains actual Ginger Root as the flavoring instead of something artificial (that doesn’t work against morning sickness)
I’m a retired Nurse so I had the opportunity over the years to see what helped pregnant coworkers and what didn’t. Ginger Root was pretty good.

Dry toast, ginger biscuit, and flat lemonade, helped with all four of my pregnancies.
And water

Zofran, root beer, and those mommy suckers from walmart

I was the same unfortunately, I was sick right through right from when I found out I was a month Preg right till the time a gave birth to her she is now 5 month old daughter … I was back and forth to doctors hospital and nothing worked I just wanted it to be over , everything I ate to drank came straight back up I tried every prescription they gave me and again nothing worked . I really do hope you feel better and it passes as I will never wish anyone to have it as bad as I did!!! I was sick right through with my other two daughter but this pregnancy took everything out of me more than the others One big reason I had my tubes done I never wanted to experience that again

Side note, it is purely Is Anecdotal but it really seemed that the worse the morning sickness, the greater the chance of it being a girl. Of course if was conceived less than 6 months after going off birth control pills, there is an 80% chance it is female. So you can pretend to be psychic with your “sex of the baby “predictions””.

Try couple drops of lemon oil in a Glas a water

Dramamine. I was actually prescribed it in iv form for hyperemesis gravidarum during both pregnancies. Saved our lives. Both are grown men now

Zofran, phenegran, diclegis, reglan, bonjesta…. All are prescribed and safe for pregnancy. The old fashioned mind set of having to suffer is wrong! Try them all until something helps. If it turns out to be hyperemesis none of that ginger crap is going to work!!

They make dissolvable nausea pills. They literally saved me during all 3 of my pregnancies cause I had Hyperemesis gravidarum with all 3. The dissolvable ones work best cause your don’t have to swallow pills and keep them down for them to start working. They work really quickly to

Ginger chews or hard candies found at Hyvee.in

Home made Diclegis- 1- unisom sleep tablet and 1- 50mg vitamin B6 take this at night before bed. When you wake up, 1-50mg vitamin B6, and at 12pm 1- 50mg vitamin B6.

If you can’t find 50mg vitamin b6 you can get the 100mg and break it in half.

Try to eat small amounts frequently. Don’t let your stomach feel empty.

I just saw the post above, ginger can work if it works for you. Try before all the prescription drugs. Everybody is different.

Zofran its the only thing that worked for me.

Please do NOT use Zofran in the first trimester!!! I was in the lawsuit they had against it because of the murmurs in my kids heart. I would try ginger or a different type of anti nausea medicine

Ginger candy helped me.

Ginger ale and saltine crackers always helped me.

Nothing worked for me!!the good news is that when the first trimester goes you will feel better.

I literally tried everything when I was pregnant with my daughter nothing workered eventually I was hospitalised with a iv drip of fluids for 5 days because i became so dehydrated from not being able to drink or eat anything. I was diagnosed with Hyperemesis gravdarum and was put on chemo therapy grade anti nausea medication, and that only seem to help a little bit (on that medication i was atleast able to hold down water and a little bit of food instead of immediately throwing it back up)
Unfortunately some people are just constantly sick the whole time. I was with my first.
With my secound I was nauseas for a couple of weeks but then I was fine no nausea or vomiting (maybe the odd occasion if I ate something my son didn’t agree with)

Travel sick bands takes the edge of, makes it more bearable

I had horrible morning sickness all day everyday day up until a month ago (my 5th month). The things that really helped were having mints all the time, frozen fruit like mangoes, and fruit popsicles. I also was prescribed Ondansetron, but that can make you constipated :grimacing: Also, try ginger and celery soup (with chicken bouillon in it, it’s really good and helps with nausea :blue_heart:

Constantly keeping something in your tummy. When your tummy is empty, the feeling is so much worse. So I always was eating little biscuits. Constantly. Definitely helped. Mints were also good x

Anti sickness from the doctor & eat little & often

Extra pillows worked for me. Small meals more often. Ginger biscuits and soda water. Hopefully it will pass in a few weeks . I avoided all meds while pregnant but if its extreme only take meds your Dr advises…you dont want to end up in hospital dehydrated
