Preggie pops , crackers and drink a sip of sweet juice when you wake up in mornings

With my first preggie pop drops helped some, but that time the sickness only lasted until 16 weeks and wasnā€™t too bad overall. With my second, I was throwing up for 26 weeks until I got on prevacid for acid reflux. It was so bad I tried everything from zofran to phenergan and nothing helped until I started that prevacid, I did still take some tums occasionally, but only because the prevacid didnā€™t completely help the heartburn only the vomiting.

Ginger might help. And chewing gum.

Yā€™know itā€™s crazy but that little sea band at the Walmart pharmacy did help cut my morning sickness down to bearable. All it is is a band that uses the pressure points in your wrists. Itā€™s pretty cool. Others have said it helped them completely.

Also. When youā€™re pregnant you have high levels of hCg (ā€œpregnancy hormonesā€) so this increases liver enzymes, which increase bile in the stomach = nausea/morning sickness. Eating things high in soluable fiber helps ā€œsoak upā€ the excess bile and you digest it. Which helps eliminate morning sickness.

I ate a bowl of beans & rice in the morning and it ALWAYS helped me feel better. Hope you do too

Diclegis is the only medication on the market specifically designed for morning sickness during pregnancy. They now have a generic form so itā€™s much easier to get insurance to pay for it.

Mint candies, bananas, peanut butter and regular chips helped with my all day sickness with my last one. And making sure I ate something small just before bed and even a few crackers just before I got up.

Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll get hate for this but the ONLY thing that worked for me was THC lol I tried every medication and home remedy you could think of and after months of being sick and losing weight and feeling like death I just gave in and smoked

Donā€™t waste your money on preggie pops. They are overly expensive itā€™s just fancy hard candy, just buy some jolly ranchers and suck on those

Crackers, almonds,Honey,Lemon, tea with tsp of Apple cider vinegar 2 to 3 times a day.Peaches and apricots.

Sea bands, sea bands, sea bands! Crackers, carbonation helped me but only sipping, too much and Iā€™d get sick. Croissants. On bad days I could eat one and have a little energy to get out of bed to shower.

Zofran from Dr best stuff yetā€¦

Ginger ale soda or ginger tea helped a lot meat made me sick granola bars fuite pretty much anything plane with no strong smells meat was a no go I couldnā€™t even smell it or I blew cuncks only got sick like this with my girls boys were super easy

My dr recommended B6. Or the sea bands things they sell. I had to eat constantly. Every 2 hours I was eating

These saved my days! I have four pregnancies with morning sickness all day and night til I gave birth and these helped me a ton when I found them for my last pregnancy! They have drops too that are just hard candiesā€¦.you can get them on Amazon as well

Vitamin b6 in the am and pm and unisom in the pm

Chewing mint gum helped me.

Little nibbles of crackersā€¦

Only thing that helped me was sucking on otter pops whenever nausea happened. Kept me from throwing up but only if I grabbed one fast.

Lemon helped me, either lemon water or the lemon candy for on the go and at work. A total life saver, mint helped with my 1st but my 2nd mint made it even worse and gave me massive heartburn along side it

Just wanted to say if nothing you try works And itā€™s really bad I would talk to your dr about the possibility of having hyperemesis gravadarum. Currently going through this right now(Iā€™m about 12 weeks with my second)

Ginger ginger and more ginger

B complex. Or just B6 & magnesium

Peppermints!!! Also graham crackers and sprite or ginger ale.

i was prescribed zofran with both of my pregnancies, i was horribly sick i couldnā€™t keep anything down and it lasted my whole pregnancy but zofran worked wonders. my dr also told me to take b6 and unisom and it helped too, apparently there is a medicine called diclegis that they can prescribe but itā€™s just the b6 and unisom but during my pregnancies they said most insurances wouldnā€™t cover it.

Zofran was the only thing that helped me a little and my baby came out perfectly fineā™„ļø

Prego pops on Amazon

Letting you right now cause I had the morning sickness disease throughout my whole pregnancy and the only thing that helped was trips to the hospital and ZOFRAN

i had reglan, phenogrin cream you rub on your wrist and ice cild coke cola worked the best for me

Lemon water

Well and a little THC too. I would rather suffer then take Zofran while a growing fetus is inside.
I almost died both times of pregnancy from being extremely sick/throwing up. You can become dehydrated fast.

Staying hydrated is huge too, itā€™ll help. My sickness was 24/7 all 4 of my pregnancies and lessened with always sipping on water. I only took a script with my first child. Sugared ginger can help, you can buy it in the spice section at your local grocery. Also adding lemon and mint to your water.

My second was hardest on me too. I used to suck the crap out of lemon heads, that helped a lot. Also, I would get just the tiniest bit of the Ginger spice and eat that, even sprinkle it in your eggs.

I receive my payouts without delay of payment and any attachments of fee, now I can start making more money through trading with the help of Valencia Escobar Carla

I kid you not but when I was pregnant with my second child I would make myself throw up in the morning before any food, idk if it was a bad idea, but there was a yellow fluid like acid i would throw up and then I was good for the whole day. No morning sickness or anything. My first child was so bad with morning sickness it was horrible for 8 months.

Tums especially if you throw up take them after and the acid wonā€™t build up again. Eat them like candy throughout the day. Good luck and congratulations :balloon:

This is my first and Iā€™m 18 weeks now, Iā€™ll be 19 on Tuesday but safe harbor gave me some preggie pops and those helped me soooo much! Before I got pregnant, if I throw up, Iā€™m throwing up until I canā€™t anymore and as soon as I stuck one of those in my mouth it instantly stopped my vomit.
I highly recommend the preggie pops!!

There is nothing you can do, from my point of view, tried everything dry toast, ginger ale etc was still vomiting when my legs where up in stirrups and giving birth, good luck x

I had hyperemesis with my first pregnancy, nothing and I mean nothing helped.
I went from 60kg to just over 40kg at term.
At one point my drs were talking about termination but I refused.
How I got through the whole lot I donā€™t know but I did .
My 2 nd was the same but at about 5 months it went away & my surprise 3 rd I was fine at 8 weeks.
Both my daughters have had it the eldest with her 3rd pregnancy and ended up with alopƩcica due to stress.
My youngest was floored with it and could count the days she didnā€™t vomit.
Then she developed full blown eclampsia and had an emergency c section at 36 weeks.
I hasten to add all babies were born healthy, it just took its toll on the mammas.

I took my multivitamin at night rather than in the morning. It made me sick in the morning, but not in the evenings. I also made sure I was eating regularly. Both of these dramatically reduced my nausea.

A banana before bed for the potassium benefit. Then nibble on saltines in tge morning, with warm ginger tea (with honey and lemon).

In the old days, mothers were given cannabis syrup. As it is lawful throughout most of the USA for adult consumption, a small amount may help at your own discretion.

I found a puff of the smoke to calm my stomach, quite well. My children were all born healthy, and happy.

I had it with both my kids entire pregnancy. Lost 8 lbs in the first month from it! I couldnā€™t keep anything down. Crackers didnā€™t work for me! If it werenā€™t for ginger ale & ruffles potato chips I donā€™t think my son would be here! My dr told me to drink carnation instant breakfast because it had vitamins & things I needed too! I did take bendectin it helped!

Baked potatoes w/alittle butter help. I didnā€™t believe it until I tried it. My mom took me out for a meal and I ordered baked tator and steak. When it came I smelled it and my tummyā€¦is likeā€¦no. I remembered this about the potatoes so I ate that first. After half a tator I felt betterā€¦was able to eat the steak.
This still works without being pregnant

Schepps or Canada Dry Ginger ale helps a lot. Must have real ginger in it!

Eat before you get out of bed. A biscuit, toast anything as long as you eat before you rise. Good luck and congratulations

With my second child I had it 24/7 the whole time
I was told to eat something salty before your feet hit the floor in the AM it did not work for me like I said 24/7 the whole time
hope you find relief itā€™s horrible I know but when itā€™s all said and done you have the most precious gift ever

I had to drink sprite the first trimester to help with my morning sickness. Never got sick, but it helped me a lot. Plus I was having to eat every 3 hours to calm my little guy down. I am entering my third trimester. I dont have to eat every 3 hours and feel more human then I was in my first trimester.

I wish I could say all of this worked for me but one thing did not. I had 3 pregnancies and for all three I was so so sick the entire 9 months. I donā€™t know what it was as soon as I delivered my children I never threw up again unless I had a stomach flu etc. During the pregnancies they tried every medication possible. The only that that helped me, ā€œ Iā€™ll say about 10% of the timeā€, was a shot of phenergan in the butt ā€œwhich hurt badā€ and zofran. The doctor had to teach my then husband how to safely give me the shots of phernergan. This medications made me so sleepy I could barely function out the day. Every 2 weeks Iā€™d be sent to the hospital for the least 2 days at a time to get on the drip and rehydrate my body. My pregnancies were very tough. I do this all over again for my 3 wonderful children.

Peppermints and ginger drops (target) in your purse etcā€¦ hot peppermint tea anytime you can. Mornings itd help me get through getting ready. But if those dont helpā€¦ zophran disolvable tablets worked best for me!!! But warning theyll make you constipated so try to not rely on them. Also alcohol swabs!! Like the kind they use to clean to put an iv or hand sanitizer will instantly releive the feeling to puke! Idk why but my nurse told me that with my 2ndā€¦ at the very end of my pregnancy and it was a glorious tip!

Ginger is a natural med for nausea. But something dry also is needed to dry up the yellow bile; such as saltine crackers

I had severe morning sickness for about 5 months until they found out it was the iron in my prenatal vitamins

Ginger lollipops, you use to be able to get them at health food stores, also peppermint candy. I myself drank lots of dill pickle juice 33 years agošŸ¤—, lots of it to.

After 2nd trimester started I had to take Zofran. But I would try to tough it out to taking one a day. Somedays I had to do 2 though. I had to do it until I gave birth just to function. And Tums. Nothing else helped and I wasnā€™t going to be that person who spent most of her time in the ER hooked up to IV. Early on before the 2nd trimester the sea bands seemed to help me.

My daughter and granddaughter were both put on Zofran for nausea.

I took bonjesta with both my pregnancies. It was pricy but worth it. I had it so bad that I literally couldnā€™t go an hour without being sick and the bonjesta helped a ton. If itā€™s to pricy then bonjesta is just a mix of unisom and b6 and sometimes doctors and can give that.

The only thing that worked for me was saltines in tiny bites and ice water in tiny sips. The ice water or ice chips worked best.

I put a small glass of orange juice and four crackers by my bed at night and draining it and ate the crackers every morning before and laid in bed for about ten minutes before I got up. Only two times did I got sick when I didnā€™t have them. I was away from home.

Use a bracelet for motion sickness helped me.

Put a couple crackers, by bed where you can reach them without lifting your head, eat when first waking up, lay a few minutes, then try getting up, that worked for me.

Bonjesta is actually made for the relief of Morning Sickness- it has Vit and an anti histamine

A dry biscuit helped me, I had it 24/7 with my two

Ginger biscuits, and toast are good xx

Peppermint and calming

Eating dry salty crackers will help. And I found that a glass of cold milk can help too.

Essences of Peppermint

Keep saltine crackers by the bed, eat a few before U get up helps some

Ginger tea always helped me

I ate ginger snap biscuits it helped me a lot

There is zofran that can a doctor can look into prescribing also.

Ginger hard candy may help

Lemonade and rich tea biscuits

Ginger lollies ,such on them good.

Saltine crackers or ginger cookies

Ginger tea peppermint saltine crackers
