How to lose weight?

I’ve recently gained a ton of weight for no reaosn and am feeling so bad about myself…i went to try on something that fit last month and it was so tight…i am a mother of twins and barely have time to eat anything healthy and am nursing both of them so am sitting a lot…what are some small changes i can make to lose weight? i just want to feel good about myself
