Awesome! I wanted to ask how to handle a situation with a 12 year old girl. My12 year old was caught playing with our dogs genitals. Not aggressively but just touching it. She said she didn’t know why she was doing it. I told her that’s not ok, and she seems to understand it all. I just don’t know if I should be concerned or not. We’ve talked about having sex and about other people’s bodies so I haven’t kept her out of the loop, but I just want to know if that’s normal or not.
Bring her to counseling ASAP , ask her if anyone has made her touch them similarly? Don’t accuse, don’t judge.
I was molested as a child and these sound like behaviors associated with being molested. Get help , I had years and years of suffering that could have been prevented.
