Call the police in his city, explain the situation and ask for them to do a wellness/welfare check.

Refusing to seek medical help for a sick child is neglect, call CPS

if he won’t listen to you, try to find someone he might listen to. warn him that could be a murder charge if he doesn’t take care of the baby right,i’m not sure what all the legal charges would be–but he would still be held accountable for neglect if nothing else!!!

For a mother to only have visitation than she is obviously not the responsible one and is just trying to start trouble with the father that is obviously taking care of his baby because she doesn’t have her.

Call 911. If the medics feel like she should go, and father doesn’t, they will call CPS. This way you aren’t getting blamed for calling CPS, just emergency services because let’s face it, this is an emergency
