I’ve had 4 naturally and each one came more quickly than the last. My 3rd…his face was super bruised just because it was such a quick delivery and he came out in one push. It went away pretty quickly.
I know and hope with all my 
God will take away the brushing as guickly ad possible
The bruises are called baby blues, it’s due to contractions. Totally normal. My oldest was born the same.
My son was born in a hospital and got stuck and was super bruised he is a healthy happy almost 3 year old now, the bruising will fade soon don’t stress mama, you did great and it’s not your fault he’s bruised it happens sometimes.

My older daughter came out sunny side up scraping my pelvic bone… She had bad facial bruising for 2 weeks and my 1 month old had bruising from her birth …she came out FAST

He will be fine. Babies are resilient. My son was crammed into my pelvic area and his toes and foot overall came out crooked and whatnot. Hes fine now. Your child will bounce back happy as ever. Be one heck of a story for when he gets older.
