I had a doctor tell me I had herpes (I suffer from cold sores, so technically herpes simplex 1). I told her my last pap came back clean and I hadn’t sex with anyone in over 6 months immediately following the pap, she tested me for simplex 1, down there, because I had a breakout occuring in my lady region.
