My husband and I both watch women on tiktok. Hell I send my husband videos of women I think are attractive or who are good at dancing. We both know we would never cheat and that we have no chance with random ass people on social media 
I don’t see it as a big deal, but each person and relationship has their boundaries on what is okay and what isn’t. I do think it was petty to go blocking her behind his back. If talking to him doesn’t work then he doesn’t respect your boundaries and the relationship won’t work unless each person respects the others boundaries.
