Firstly I would be making a police report and taking out a restraining order against the teacher.
Secondly, take it to the school board and make a formal complaint. His behaviour is unacceptable and unfortunately school seems to be backing him. If a complaint has been made to the board, he will be kept away from any public gatherings where your daughter is involved while they’re investigating the complaint made against him.
I hope your daughter is able to attend her graduation without that creep being there

Jokes aside I’m sorry she is going through this. The best thing you can do for her is continue to advocate for her. I hope this man falls and snaps his spine, but he doesn’t die at first and suffers for hours then just as someone finds him and he has hope that he will live the person who finds him kicks him in the balls and crushes his dick. Then after another hour or so he’ll die.

INJUNCTION AGAINST HARASSMENT!!! It’s a protection order that could work I’ve had to get one against my neighbors. Unless he has reason to fight it in the courts you’ll be safe for a year
File a police report. Schools cannot legally do that to a child. Senior or not. Once you get police involved. They should straighten up. Especially since he’s your neighbor.
I’d have been at the police station long ago if this was my daughter. The school doesn’t care about her, they’ll protect him no matter what he did. Go to the news while you’re at it and let them know there is a teacher sexually harassing underage girls and the school refuses to do anything about it.
Go to the principal, superintendent and school board. Police and local news outlets. This man is going hurt and violate young girls, if he hasn’t already.

My daughter had a teacher similar to this in middle school. I encouraged her to make “him” uncomfortable if he ever messed with her. That day came. He asked her for her phone trying to pull the “power” card. She loudly said “my phone is in my back pocket. This means you had to be staring at my butt. That’s disgusting and makes you look like a pedophile. “ he quickly changed the subject and never messed with her again.

Why do people act like we are talking about him being a harsh teacher or rude, or… No this is /was crossing the line in a sexual manner with young girls, there is NO compromise, please help us… F that, in this day & age why are we asking perverts to please help us. At this point he should be contacted by lawyers, possibly police &… I would NOT be playing nice with the school, the principal the … No. They would be begging us to not, asking that we calm down & let them, try to fix, do… No. That is if I didn’t knock the man up side the head myself. I would also go to the news. Not just a restraining order and I would go to the school board. I went to a couple Olathe schools, idk If you’ve seen the news on it… but I had not one, not two, not even three but FOUR teachers who are now in jail/fired due this type of behavior, stalking, inappropriate relations, and even pregnant by a student.
Find as many girls who feel as uncomfortable & will speak. Go to the news, tell them and document everything. There is NO WAY in hell this teacher should even still have their job.

Does she have her own phone? If so have her record anything that makes her uncomfortable while in his class or when hes just around period, cheap pre paid phones come in handy so if she needs to call you for help or to just listen on the other line on what’s being said and done, go to the police especially if hes your neighbor and hes claimed to be peeping into your house, that’s stalking, screw what the school thinks and says they seem very content having a sexual predator in their school, go to the police file a report involve all the medical issues this has caused to put a restraining order in place, it sadly wont stop with your daughter itll get worse knowing hes your neighbor and the school wont investigate not consider the threat hes causing, who knows how many other kids hes targeted already, do what it takes and maybe seek advice from a attorney who gives free advice, or heck ask you local police department advice, just make it end.

Go up to the police station, ask to talk to a female officer and run all of this by the officer. They can give advice and possibly help you get a protective order. Tell the school you are involving the media and start leaving voicemails for all stations if you want to take it that far. This girl deserves to be heard and he needs to be stopped

I’d say make it public. If it’s supposedly okay how he’s behaving then they should have no problems with the other parents knowing. And how can it be slander if they didn’t deny the behavior but only wether it was wrong or not. He is borderline close to going beyond coy grooming. That is a scary thought. What if he rapes or molests any other girls in the future. That’s super unfair that she is being blamed for being catered to when they refuse to truly address the issue causing it.

Call the fucking cops. Why are you even trying to make a deal with the school. And tell your daughter if he so much as looks at her to shove her knee so far up his nuts, they will never find their way back out. TEACH YOUR CHILDREN NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO TOUCH YOU! Another thing to consider: if this teacher is comfortable being inappropriate with your daughter, he’s going to do this with other children than yours. Going to the authorities helps not only your daughter, but the girls who come after as well.
