I just graduated nursing school at 32. Do it!
Go get your LPN and thrive in it shine my love
Oh Heck no!! I was in my 40’s when I went to school and got my R.N. and besides how old would be be in the years you would graduate? you would be the SAME AGE IF YOU DIDN’T GO BACK TO SCHOOL FOR YOUR L.P.N OR EVEN R.N. go for it that is what you want to do and DO NOT LET ANYONE STOP YOU… Growing up my dream as well as my twin sister’s dream was always to be R.N. When we got our kids raised we went to Nursing school and accomplishe that dream Good luck
What?? You are far from too old… I went to nursing school and there was a 60 yr old woman in my class. You go for it, do NOT give up your dreams for anyone,I did and it’s not worth it.
Your not to old so go for it .
G0 for it.never to old to learn a d improve you. Don’t let him talk u out of it. Reach your goal
Go for it .never too old.
You are never to old to do what you dream about! Go for it girl! Don’t let anyone stand in your way of reaching your goals! If you want just go for your RN doesn’t take much longer and better pay. If he doesn’t want to support and encourage you go ahead and do it without him! God Bless You on this new journey!
You are never to old to do your heart’s passion. Time will pass whether you do it or not. You can get your RN on line when the time is right. I have been a nurse for 50 years, and even through tough times, there is no greater gift than to see babies come into this word, help the sick recover and help those pass into a better life. I have laughed with patients, cried with patients and celebrated with patients. Be brave and bold.
Wow really do not listen to him …
You’re never too old! I graduated nursing school at 31 years old.
Go or it. I started at 40 and you can do this!
No, nursing was my second career, I was an accountant first.
You will have to work another 30 years. You can help a lot of people in that 30 years and be fulfilled because of it. Thank you for your caring spirit. Much needed in this world!
Don’t listen to the hubby…follow your dreams and when u get your license tell hubby I told you so! He should really support you no matter what. Best of luck to you
You are definitely not to old my husband’s friend didn’t join the military till he was almost 30 please don’t listen to your husband plus this world needs LPN’s really bad

In 2 years from now … you’ll still be 34… atleast if you take this leap, in 2 years , you’ll be 34 with you LPN
I’m 53 and taking pre Nursing classes to get my RN. I won’t be a RN until I’m 57! I always wanted it but it was never the right time. Don’t let anyone discourage you!!
I was 40 before I became an RN never too old ! XO
Not to old my daughter work in Occupational therapy and someone just graduated for it and she,s 50 go for it you can do it
Go for it. My mother in law retired from driving a school bus and got her nursing license after that . She worked in the bursary.
I went back to school at 37 and finished my RN at 39! Go for it! Good Luck! It is a major challenge and commitment though!
He’s intimidated, he must not have a very inspiring job.
Don’t listen to him. I am 36 and I still have about a year and half left for my RN. Do what you want to do.
Never too old to chase your dreams love, if you want it go get it
Do what is best for you. Even an LPN can find some plumb jobs. A school nurse is one of them. If you do decide to go for your RN later you wont have to go as long.
Girl you are not to old to become a nurse…follow your dreams…you can do it !!
I’m almost 60 and thinking of finishing! You’re never too old!
It’s the perfect time don’t look back andsay I should have
No girl you are NOT too old to become an LPN. It sounds like you have a passion for this and you need to do this for you. GO FOR IT.Best of luck
You’ll be 34 anyway. Go for it!
I also want to say that many schools have a program in which you get your LPN, and then you can do 1 more yr after to get your RN. Also, many hospitals will pay for you to get your RN of you are employed by them as an LPN. The school I was in was actually a 10 month program for LPN. It was a very intense program as it’s 2 yrs of school in 10 months time, it’s one of the best nursing schools too. They have the 10 months LPN and then you can do another year to get the RN.
Your never too old to learn and if you have the stamina and the dedication to the profession of nursing . I’d say go for it. And pish pah to your spouse. He’s supposed to support you in every way that you are reaching for . If it’s your goal or dream . Nothing should hold you back!! Good luck in your endeavors.
You are never too old to be who or what you want to be. I say go for it and enjoy helping people for many, many years

I became a nurse at 31, go for it ,I had a wonderful career in nursing.
If it’s what you want just do it. Other opinions on your likes and dislikes shouldn’t matter
Go for it sweetie. Shame on him
I was 31 when I went to LPN school, had little kids and it was hard, studied a lot. After 5 yrs I went to school for RN, there is no age limit, one friend was in her 50s,it was her dream and she worked for abt 15 yrs and Loved it. If you want to be a nurse you have to want it bad and be prepared to work for it
Follow your dreams. If your husband can’t be supportive of your dreams maybe he shouldn’t be your husband.
Haha what? That the weirdest perspective. You’re not to old for anything. Go for whatever your heart desires.
Go do it!
You are not too old and there’s a reason you feel called to this profession.
Girl age is a number. To me no one is “too old” for learning new things. Get it done!
You are not too old. Go for it.

You’re never to old to chase your dreams don’t let him discourage you keep pushing for what you want in life.
I was 37 when I recieved my RN
Success has no time limit!!! I’m 40 and about to finally get my degree. Some of the best nurses are mature people. You can do anything!
Do it and then don’t share that LPN pay increase
It’s never to late to do something!! Go for your dreams. If you don’t look out for you,no one else will!!
Your never too old to do what you want!
My mom is an RN and didn’t become one until she as almost 40. She is 62 and an amazing nurse.
LPNs have a wide range of duties, not all terribly hard or stressful. They can be a great help to those with chronic diseases and post stroke etc. where just some personal help is required where family may be too spread out to help.
I’m 32 and waiting a couple years until I go to school for ece
Go for it! Most humbling rewarding profession you will ever find.

I’m in the hospital alot and have met alot of nurses who started their schooling in their 30s 40s and 50s and some of them knew people who were older than that. The time is going to pass anyway. Use it well and do what is best for you.
You will never be satisfied until you persue your dream.
Sounds like hubby wants an immediate paycheck from you. Go for it! Live your dreams!

Omg you are not girl follow your dreams dont ever let someone tell you that you cant or shouldnt do something husband or not
Don’t let anyone tell you you are too old to do anything. If you want to be a nurse, then go for it. Age is just a number, you make it what you want! Coming from a girl who went back to college at 35.
