Never too old to go after your dreams. But definitely too old to be dealing with shitty people who don’t support you.

32 isn’t even old🤔 I believe your spouse should pump you up no matter what

Tell your husband he is too old to be your husband tf.

You’re never too old… Follow your dreams

You can do this, and good luck, you are NOT too old

Go For It !!! We need medical people EVERYWHERE

Do not listen to your husband. I started college at 39 years old to be a teacher. It was so difficult but rewarding. 6 years of part time classes and then full time for 2 years then back to part time for masters. I finished and worked for 25 years and now retired.

??? 34 is not old for anything! There’s 60+ olds in school sometimes. I say you do what your heart wants. Follow your dreams!!

Not even close to too old

Uhm…well…I’m 33 and taking my CNA certification on the 27th then I’m going to go for my RN, so in short, NO, YOU ARE NOT TOO OLD! Do what you love, age is just a number! I’ve spent the last 14 years taking care of my kids, now its time I do what I’m drawn to!

I’m 30 and I’m starting my LPN in August. In the next year or two, you’re still going to be a year or two older, you’ll just be a year or two older with your LPN. Good for you. Good luck in school!

I was 34 when I started working towards my RN degree. I am now 38 and am a Registered Nurse, with a teenage son, and two daughters one is 5 and one is 2… we are also 11 wks pregnant with our 4th and last baby. It is never too late to start a dream. And, with all that going on, (school and babies) my husband and I also started our own business. Ambition is a beautiful thing, I hope your husband can recognize and celebrate that side of you with you and encourage you to pursue your happiness! Much luck to you! Btw I was in the RN program with ladies heading into their mid 50’s, proof that you are never too old to start a new direction in life… 30’s are the new 20’s these days anyways according to sociologists and psychologists.

Do it! You are never top old to follow your dreams!!

I’m pretty sure that when I need a nurse, I don’t much care about their age, only their ability to do their job. Not once have I been in labor for 40 hours, or been waiting for pain medication from a second-degree burn, and thought “wow, this nurse is pretty old”. So he can it his opinions about your age. Follow your dreams and do what makes you happy. Why have that regret sitting over your head?

I started nursing at 17…and was retired out at 35 with degenerative discs in my spine.
I’m not saying you’re too old to start, no where near it, but consider what the job entails and how you’ll feel physically in a 10 /20 years .
I know things are different in nursing now than when I started with different lifting equipment and probaby more staff. im not trying to put you off following your dream… . Im just saying think about it carefully. Good luck

That’s old at all. When I was in my mid 20s I was in college for criminal justice. There was another student who was in her 60s. You can never be too late for school. Specially if it’s something you want to do and you want to accomplish.

My mom and myself had teenage pregnancies and dropped out of school. In her 40s she went back with me and got our GEDS and she proceeded to go to school as a occupational therapist. Decided mid way through it wasn’t the field for her and decided on surgical technologist. Which she succeeded at. Your never too old unless you tell yourself you are or believe it from others.

When I was in nursing school there was a lady who was 64 years young. She probably is still working. The jobs are limited so go for your RN.

It’s never too old don’t let people hold you back do what you need to do my grandmother went back to school after raising 8 kids when she was 42 graduated nursing school at 48 and continued her career

I’m 23 and starting my pre-med program this week. When I finish med school, I’ll be 31. When I become an attending, I’ll be 36. My son will be 17, almost ready to start his own pre-med program when I finally become a fully licensed surgeon. But that’s okay, because I’d rather be 36 and a surgeon, than 36 looking back and wishing I would’ve taken the jump to become a doctor rather than be intimidated because I’m 5 years older than everyone else in my program. Go for the LPN. Do what makes you excited to get up in the morning. Don’t let anyone stand in your way of that, regardless of who they are.

No chase your dreams if you have been drawn to nursing then it’s your calling don’t let anyone or anything stand in the way of you following your dreams you won’t regret it best wishes to you

It’s never too late!!! I got my bachelors at 34 and I’m going back for my masters soon.

No way too old. Go FOR IT!!! The older you are the easiest it is!

Girl people are 40+ getting their degrees and going back to school for higher education. It’s never too old. Don’t let a man dictate what you wanna do with YOUR life. You will regret it later on. I’ve heard of a few LPN’s that were in there 30s and 40s and went back to school for a bridge program for LPN to RN. in only 2 years. So 4 years total for schooling. Pay can be great but very physically demanding.

Your husband is an idiot
