If you canāt move out then I suggest getting some noise cancelling ear buds and reading. Or regular ear buds and listen to music. Some people are just loud during sex. I am with my husband. I try to be quiet and am still loud so she probably is trying. If they arenāt very long you can also take a walk around the neighborhood even with the kiddos if they are home. You can also use that one day a week to do your errands and leave when it gets there. But ultimately it is her house and she is enjoying herself. Plus itās only one day a week you have to hear it. Nothing wrong with it.
