My fiance did that one time. Talked to him and he doesn’t do it anymore. It’s more respectful now lol. He will change if he wants too. That’s it.

First … that’s creepy … and second If you’ve talk to him already and he doesn’t care, he’s not gonna stop, he doesn’t respect you, your relationship and obviously doesn’t respect other woman, but if you insist on figuring this out then do the same! 
Go out of your way to check out other guys, make eye contact, make comments “ I bet he can carry in all the groceries in one trip.” “ I know he takes out the trash before it’s overflowing.” “Did you see how strong his forearms looked?” Sometimes a dose of their own medicine is good for them
