I would Wait until you know for sure honestly. If you’d been together longer maybe I’d tell him but this sounds too new. I’d wait til you have all the info. I mean it could be a good test of his commitment and fortitude?

Wait, then tell him you were in the ER and why. You can explain the whole ordeal. He obviously cares about you and he’d want to know you were in pain.
I personally would wait until u find out for sure. No sense getting him worked up unless it’s positive
Take a test first, the time you took to wrote all this, you could have door dashed a pregnancy test from Walgreens. Lol

Take a pee test, if positive let him know. No need to wait for the hospitals results. But if not positive no need to tell him that, only the IUD temoval part because it migrated. Mine did that and I got pregnant, fully expelled.

No use stressing yourself and him. You don’t know for sure. Wait till the results come in. On the other hand, I would casually mention that you did a test if it were me. You state facts without actually causing panic. Fact: you did a test. Fact: you don’t know the results yet. Fact : both of you are adults and participated in the activity🤷🏻♀️
