I have an anatomy scan at 2:00pm tomorrow. I’m having pretty back lower back and hip pain, on my right side. And in my lower vagina area. I have so much pressure. I have full placenta previa, and my babies currently breeched I’m 25 weeks. I’m not sure what labor signs are. I have a 5 year old Thor back pain is just bad and constant. It’s been two hours now. 
I’m trying to wait until tomorrow but idk if this is normal round ligament pain or what I haven’t been pregnant in so long and it’s so different than with my first.
