You have to get them out before your mom dies or you will never get them out. This happened to me. I got a lawyer and she wrote a letter giving them a date to remove themselves and their stuff from the premises. Don’t let them put their name on the deed.
tell you’re mom not to put them on the deed. get a lawyers opinion.

Try protecting your mother even if you have to get it legally…
