Sounds like it could be uterine fibroids. Pain, bleeding, excessive, etc can be that. I have a lime size fibroid pushing against my bladder which causes issues. Would recommend an ultrasound to see if they can determine the reason. They can do a biopsy as well to rule out cancer and other significant issues.
Fibroids and heredity. (Thanks, Mom)
When I had those problems I had 3 fibroid tumors. I was 47 so I got a hysterectomy. Endometriosis can alsocause those problems. Whatever you do, DO NOT let them blow you off! When I first went in they wanted to give me an iud. Imagine if I’d said yes! Stand your ground and demand your answers!
I always used naproxen however you do need to get checked by your doctor.
See a dr and get answers.
For me it was endometriosis. I had the Mirena put in and it’s helped with the cramping, but I still bleed/spot more than I don’t. I can’t get an obgyn to do an ablation.
Call your Dr instead of Facebook…
Yes my girls did because of Endometriosis
If you are fixed it causes this a lot. If you are done having kids you can have a partial hysterectomy. You do not go through change of life. They leave your ovaries but take the uterus which stops your periods.

Mine was from being anemia
What did the gynecologist say?
Had A LOT of problems before. Hope you get help soon.
I brought my periods down to just 3 days with no heavy bleeding because I jogged 5 miles every day and worked out 4 days a week. I never had cramp pain because my muscles weren’t weak.
Have you ever been tested for a bleeding disorder? They can be hard to diagnose but are worth asking for testing. And retesting. Restless legs can be caused by low iron and if you are bleeding that much you may be anemic. Talk to your dr. And Research Von Willebrand’s disease. Look at the website “the more your know “ at National Hemophiliac Foundation.
I had the same horrible periods and a second period at ovulation. I couldn’t even leave home the first day of my period. I knew it was my IUD, but the Dr wouldn’t believe me. I finally made him take it out after 18 months and the problem was solved.
Hyland’s make a self absorbing tablet for restless legs ( I also use their leg cramp tablets and have had excellent relief with them, you can buy them over the counter at most drug stores or Walmart, as far as the menstrual pain I suffered too and in my day they pretty much just said live with it, my daughter had some relief when taking birth control pills. Biofreeze cream helps the leg pains
I find that it helps to eat healthier the week before it starts. The more fatty and greasy foods before hand, the worse it is. Cut down on meats. I use pamprin with the mood stuff in it. It helps a lot.

I am in the process of scheduling an ablation. They go in and get rid of the uterine lining. It makes your periods lighter and sometimes stops them entirely.
Mine were awful. And my hair fell out because of low iron. I slept all day. Finally I started taking 3 kinds of iron. It helped alot. I learned lately u can get iron IV at hospital. U have to ask for it. I wish I knew years ago
I wouldn’t of suffered so much. Missed out on alot. Save ur self , take charge and demand what u need. My dr. Couldn’t of cared less.
I would have debilitating pain, severe cramping extremely heavy periods, pain in my back and down one leg. The only option I was ever given was an ablation. Please dont do that, the pain quadrupled, and it never stopped the heavy flow. Thankfully I’m menopausal. I now have relief, but it took 40 long years. Take care!
I drank tonic water for restless legs. The Quinine is suppose to help.
Menorrhagia is heavy bleeding during menstration, also iron deficiency can cause sore legs during the prolonged menstration too
I take a prescription for restless leg. OPINIRole 1 pill nightly 2-3 hours before going to bed.
Lay on the floor… put your feet up… like on a chair or the wall… also yoga helps

Steak roast beef are always my go too. Cbd tincture first period pains or just regular cbd pain relief put it in some tea. Tylenol and a nice warm rice sock or maybe 3. Get one of those massage rollers for your legs rub some olive oil on them and then use the roller help get blood flowing.
I got relief with birth control polls. Lighter periods and shorter too. Heating pads for cramps and what is not ibuprofen. I Nad fibroid leading to a hysterectomy at 32 and removal of my ovaries at 34 but thr hysterectomy was because I was getting so anemic with that and colitis and the ovaries had cysts the size of softballs. I thought I’d died and gone to heaven after the hysterectomy. My periods were long , sometimes up to 10 days and my cycle was long and irregular so I never knew when it would start. I was through having children so no downside for me. I hope your doctor can help because it is awful to be controlled by your periods.
After YEARS of the same experience, at 46 I had to have a hysterectomy. And the 7 pound tumor in my uterus was the cause.
Depending on you age they may do an ablation. I had to have one because of heavy bleeding. Definitely talk with your Ob/GYN
My hematologist said low iron causes restless legs. It’s very true for me!
You need to see your doctor. I had that problem for years. The doctor tried some different things. None worked, after years, it got to the point were it didn’t stop. My doctor sent me to a gyno, he said hysterectomy was the answer. Insurance didn’t want to pay, they made me go to their doc. He said yes, said if I didn’t have the surgery I would slowly bleed to death.
I had 3 fibroids removed. I bled for 7 months. It was awful. Had an ablation done.
RLS can be relived quickly with Ropinirole…think that is spelled correctly…as your primary care doctor…not usually associated with heavy periods.
