I had one that thought he was a smart one. I put out everything under the sun to kill a rat. If I bought decon it would move the little plastic container and hide it. Not joking!! I busted it out of the container he still moved it. I went to our local hardware store and bought poison rat pellets. They smelled like 2 day old fish. But it worked finally got rid of him. He took an entire box and all of sos pads. Still to this day do not know where they went. He was unlike any other rats I have every seen. No droppings, no food gotten into. I to had no clue where he was going to get a way from me chasing him with a broom. When I bought a new livingroom suit I found his home. Under the flap on the bottom of my couch as a hole just big enough for him to get into.

If you don’t have animals put out poison. I had the same problem nothing I tried worked. But poison mice n rats only need 1/8 of an inch opening to squeeze through

You have a mouse, or more likely, a couple of them. They can get in to the smallest places. I can also tell you that what you think you saw when you first woke up was just your brain playing tricks on you. We are hardwired to see human forms and faces in just about everything. And you were just waking up, which sometimes causes peoples minds to still be not actually focusing on what’s really happening, as they can still be waking from a dream sleep stage. I would get some live traps for the mice. Glue traps are horrendous
Put a trap down, if you have a mouse or rat, it’ll end up trapped, be sure that if you have dogs, put the food away after they are done eating, also don’t leave food on countertops
In the house we used to live in, I saw “shadow people”, heard whispered conversations between two people, (although we could never make out what they were saying), heard the buttons on my stove and microwave being pushed when there was nobody in the kitchen, and actually got poked by what I thought was my son while I was lying in bed! I immediately got up and went to his room to see what he wanted, only to find him sound asleep. He was the only other person home at the time! All of this was just the tip of the iceberg, so to speak. We had many, many occurrences we could not explain. I could tell you more, but won’t, as most of the comments I’ve read here seem to be non-believers. You may message me, if you need someone to talk to who will listen and believe you.

The Bible calls them demons. They are real. Part of Satan’s world. Spirit creatures unseen but felt. Soon to be destroyed in the battle of Armageddon
Get an eye exam because I forget what the optimistic call them but you turn quickly and see black glob no shit I still do sometimes see it.
If you see this shadow person again tell it to “go to the light.” Pray to the Lord or whoever you believe in that you never see or hear these things again as well. Pray to the Lord to bless your family and home. Also put out mouse traps just in case or borrow a family friend’s cat for a few days. You’d be surprised where mice can hide. It’s the cooler months too, so they’ll come into even the cleanest of places looking for warmth. Good luck to you!

Set several mouse traps. They don’t care if your house is clean, they just want somewhere warm to live. They can squeeze threw very time cracks as well.

You have mice, and you are being pranked.
My aunt who is a very reserved and sane person, not prone to being irrational or sensational, lived in a house and saw/heard weird things. One night she felt the weight of something on her mattress, like someone had sat next to her on the edge of the bed. They had a gorgeous house and sold it immediately, so I believe in things like this because I 100% believe in her.

The house we live in,stuff disappers,toys come on automatically ,we get knocks on bedroom doors,hear people talk n yes see dark figures . We ve lived here 32 years so we’ve gotten use to it.Some folks don’t believe it but we live it

Coming from someone who has dealt with this and rebuking works. It is not a mouse. Also moved out from a home that had that type of activity there as well. Reach out to the pastor to get further guidance on how to overcome with this.

Get a priest to bless the house, its definitely paranormal get some holy water sprinkle it outside of your home and window seals light some sage every room of the home demanding it to leave now…as for the rat thing set traps
Buy pepperment soap to keep out mice.
